Alatreon Iceborne for me was the one hunt in mh where I got put in my place and was forced to become as close to an actual speedrunner as I could in order to overcome this Black Dragon. Ridiculously difficult just from moveset alone, adding on top Escaton Judgment which prevented you from cowering away and hanging back the whole fight and taking small pot shots to victory but instead forced you to make the absolute most of any and all opportunities you could take. This fight didn't let you win if you were a great hunter, you had to be the best hunter you could be.

Alatreon was the first monster where it made me actually sit up and try hard (as an endgame monster/enemy should). I actually went to a guide that broke down all his movesets and studied them before expounding that information to my group. It made one of my friends who typically plays super casually throughout the game to actually say "let's try again" after each fail when typically she would be too tired to continue. We both killed Alatreon after nearly a week or so, hopping onto lobbies from afternoon to evening until we finally defeated him, then we had to fight him multiple times again this time with our full group. I'm grateful for that challenge because that eased us into the Fatalis fight which by FAR was way harder than Alatreon imo. I don't remember how long it took for us to defeat it (and to grind out all that gear), but I would gladly experience it all over again for the first time. Truly something I'll remember until I die.
Soloing Fatalis was one of the hardest things I've ever done in all my long years of gaming. Just to compare from other recent 'Hard Bosses' I defeated. IB: Alatreon 5hrs worth of attempts Malenia ER: 5hrs worth of attempts Weiss FF Remake: 4hrs worth of attempts Fatalis: 22 hours worth of attempts.
Lol, I agree with this, even after all of my experience with Fromsoft games, Fatalis still the longest to beat. It took me ~28 hrs total, while Malenia just about 3 hours.
Yeah fatalis is way harder than Malenia or any soul bosses the moveset from Fatalis is alright the problem is the flames that deal so much damage even with fire resistance on 60 i strugle with him
Your absolutely right about Fatalis.... That is one of the best last boss fights in a game that 8ve ever had the pleasure of slaying several times. The mechanics, level of difficulty, you had to be precise with your attacks to reach each threshold. But also seeing this video, mosters from frontier im wishing they didnt give us a second Espinos now 😓. There are so many great monsters that alot of us havent experienced yet, i hope they twke this opportunity and bring more of them from that game to the for front in SUNBREAK!!!!
It took me forever to beat iceborne fatalis however I can confidently say he is nothing compared to MH3U alatreon. I’ve beat alatreon in 3U once in my life and it was with 3 HR999 players that had light bow guns. It’s gotta be the hardest quest by far.
I definitely struggled with Alatreon, and don't get me started on Fatalis. Took almost a year before I made progress against Fatalis, and even then, still took what felt like a millennium before finally achieving victory. Overall, definitely agree on the list; especially with learning about monsters I had never seen before.
I'm definitely looking forward to the A+ Level threat hunts. Gismagorm was such a great fight and they seem to be building up to something so I'm pretty excited.
I find it weird to have iceborne Rajang on here, he honestly felt easier to deal with than regular rajang, and I found Sunbreak rajang to actually be more difficult and better at catching me off guard. And while I have not given up on iceborne, I have genuinely not completed Fatalis yet and do plan to come back and give him hell, somehow.
Sunbreak Rajang spanks my ass like no other monster. With his increase movement speed, attack movement speed and higher tracking it's a goddang pain in the ass to deal.
Monster that gave me nightmares (after Fatalis and Alatreon ofc) was Raging Brachy. I simply could not killl him solo and for day on days every group I joined failed. Fun times!
Fatalis/Alatreon for me. I beat Fatalis solo before I beat Alatreon solo. And I was elemental DB main lol. The feeling of finally downing Fatalis after so many 20-30min wipes was glorious.
Icebourne Fatalis was incredible extremely tough but the armor and weapons you get is worth the hard work to take him I was able to defeat Fatalis twice and those 2 hunts was all i neede to get the full armor and a weapon. I was so hyped when I beat him first time and can't wait to hunt Fatalis again in a future Monster Hunter game.
It’s Alatreon from Iceborne for me. It’s truly a true hunter challenge for me because of it’s unique elements mechanics ( a.k.a. The Escaton Judgement). While I can dodge most attack, the needs to take elemental weapons into the calculation play a big part of how we devise the strategy. But really, the reason I think Alatreon is harder than Fatalis is that it actually comes in as my nightmare sometimes in between xD
Rise does feel easier than world (this coming from a Gunlance main). However, it does not mean it does not have its challenges. However, I'm not nervous to go against any monster in Rise regardless who it is. In Icebourne, I had to get mentally prepared to deal with several monsters (looking at u Alatrean, Lunastra, etc).
That's funny because as a charge blade user Lunsatra is one of the easiest monster to hunt in Iceborne because of the healing augment on the weapon. Since its attacks are mostly overtime and AOE I just need to do more damage. The supernova is like the easiest thing because I can heal way more than the damages I receive and the Lunastra just stays there doing nothing
@@IronChief13 I joined in the Monster Hunter game late into World like some months before Icebourne. I messed around didn't realize that it was long term game that required all the gathering and long time put into hunting and I missed out the augments because I rushed through the game. Now, even now, I'm still playing catch up and trying to get caught up on stuff. Like I have no augments and still get through hunts somewhat decently, heavy emphasis on somewhat. I chose lunastra as ana example cause she's just annoying as hell. I can knock her on her ass left and right but she just annoys me.
Iceborne ramped the game up so much once Safi dropped. When Alatreon came, it was a gut check. I felt I finally had to learn to play better. When Fatalis dropped. . . Hoooo boy. That was one hell of a challenge.
fatalis may one shot with more than half of his attacks, while the other half has plesioth sized hitboxes, but the fact that you basically have to change your playstyle and equipment multiple times to deal with alatreons bullcrap puts it just a teensy bit higher in my book. both were insanely difficult fights that im hoping and dreading to see again in sunbreak.
7:26 correction it does not have to be astera jerky alatreons full powerd up EJ (Escaton Judgement) deals 1000 or 2000 player hp dmg i am currently not sure about this 1 time breaking alatreons elemental armor will reduce the dmg how ever to 300 hp dmg even a simple mega potion can out heal it at 190 hp 2 elemental breaks will decrese it to 170 hp dmg so at 200 hp u dont even need to heal anymore in theory and can let health regen augmentation handle it 3rd break will only deal 160 hp dmg not really nessescary but neat to have it
Those are very unique way to put hardest monsters in respective order.😉👍 image surprised that even fatalis beat the frontier monsters. Then again, fatalis is the god of monsters as they call it.
I don't have Playstation plus, so I played solo when going through World. I beat behemoth exactly once, and decided that I never wanted to see that monster ever again.
Great Jaggi from Tri. Specifically the first time you hunt it, i think its the most obnoxious and difficult intro monster. The sheer number of adds summoned throughout the fight make it hard to deal with, especially for new players.
Around 25 more kills to get fatty to 200, alatreon is already over that. I never get tired of fighting them, having come back from Sunbreak in the last week it feels like coming home.
Bloodbath was just terrifying lol. With the old school clunky mechanics of MH, that fight was a nightmare. For some reason, thunderlord zinogre for me was another that I just couldn't deal with. Silly spark puppy carted me every time
Alatreon was the only monster alongside with Extreme Behemoth in World that I just couldn't solo, even when it came to Fatalis after adopting and practicing a speed runner's strategy with gs, it took me 50 hunts until I could actually kill Fatalis. Though both Black Dragons are an absolute nightmare to fight, yet really fun at the same time
Ironically both Alatreon and Fatalis were the monsters where I switched from casual multiplayer hunting to sweating the fuck out of a solo hunt. I think I straight up learned a new weapon (Iceborne SnS) specficially to deal with his attacks and get enough of an elemental window in, and later built a LBG set with the explicit purpose of consistently being able to break Escaton whatever form he'd be in even in multiplayer. For Fatalis I just straight up learned to git gud and picked up the Swag-Axe for that juicy juicy face damage on the clutch-claw-zero-sum-discharge spam. And even then it easily took me the first half of the week after he released to finally beat him. I think I even had 3-4 Evil Eyes that my cat stole before I beat him the first time around - so I basically beat him in his own armourset. Absolute menace of a fight.
@@doomdoot6731 it took me 20+ attempts to killed fatalis solo,i got carted and failed a lot even with 30+ fire res cuz i'm using R.brachy set with fire res lvl3 still not enough to get through but from there i slowly learning it's movesets until then i got it's armor and used it to beat it although i've beaten him but it's not smooth at all i almost timed out luckily the roaming ballista available at the last min i used it and few more attacks in to beat the quest,i would guess my time left 10s or below than that
I agree with everyone here mentioning Iceborne Alatreon and Fatalis in terms of general difficulty. However, I feel that the difficulty in the Monster Hunter series is more about matchups, weapon choice, play style, and experience than it is about a monster being flat out "hard" (for example, I found Iceborne Furious Rajang to be extremely easy, easier than base Rajang actually). For the average dedicated hunter, almost every monster eventually becomes "easy" (with obvious extreme exceptions), so for me, the hardest monsters are the ones who took the longest to become "easy" for me or the ones that never became easy and just are bad matchups for me, ie. walls. My walls in each game I put hundreds of hours in (so I won't count MH4U and MHGU which I didn't play for THAT long) are the following: MH3U: Underwater Lagiacrus, Lucent Nargacuga, Alatreon MHW Iceborne: Tempered GL Coral Pukei-Pukei, Blackveil Vaal Hazak, Raging Brachydios, MR Lunastra, Fatalis MHR Sunbreak: Barroth, Almudron, Crimson Glow Valstrax, PC Version Magnamalo
alatreon ans Fatalis both, they were done very well. Like you said made you make sets and properly prepare no BS in those fights. To this day I haven't beat them
I’ve not fought fatalis or alatreon in iceborne (only in mhgu) so the hardest monster to me thus far honestly was velkhana. It took my friend and I multiple tries to beat it even once. It was the one time in which I genuinely cared about elemental resistances enough to get a high defense ice armor set, gem in more ice res, and eat for more ice res and STILL get my ass handed to me. But that’s just me
Unfortunately I never got the chance to play frontier. The list is good though I think that you should have put some honorable mentions of your own choice. I would just replace furious Rajang with raging Brachy.
yeah same ,I'm fine with F rajang but RBrachy is an unholy abomination that I'm very happy that I dont need/want anymore of his gear...that thing still gives me nightmares
Iceborne Fatalis also GU reaverbolt ex and bloodbath ex is the scariest one for me. I need to actually tryhard on them even in 4 player set up. I am waiting for tier S+ fight in sunbreak but prolly it will be just risen crimson glow at the end or risen scormango. I wish it could be of something like dalamadur/gog but with lots of new moveset.
I have never killed Alatreon in ice borne. Main reason is that I can’t find the right team to hunt it. Me and my brothers played monster hunter world and ice born, but they stopped playing shortly after because they thought the end contents were boring. So I never hunted it. I never even hunted Fatalies because I have to hunt Altatreon first which is bs. I decided to stop because I couldn’t stand random players and the one shot move it has. I know some players like this sort of challenge but the was too challenging for me. In fact it was so hard that I felt like I was going to have a mental breakdown if I didn’t stop. I have not hunted that monster since it’s release and have not hunted it to this day.
The hardest thing I’ve probably ever done when it comes to gaming was soloing Fatalis. I’ve done a lot of stupid stuff in games like beating Elden ring at level 10 (basically becomes a no hit run after the first few bosses) but nothing will top soloing Fatalis
For me the hardes is the white fatalis even quest in mhfu when he has an atack that one shots you, every other atack deals 80% your upgraded hp and also when he gets below 60% he enters the armor mode which makes your atack bounce and evry raw and elmental damage deals only 10 % also you dont have to repel him you have to slay him :v
I utterly disagree with a few of those. Iceborne's mechanics made fights such as the one against Fatalis and Alatreon much more feasible than White Fatalis in the older titles. The mechanics were more limited and you couldn't replenish your items, which makes almost any of the older monsters harder than IB, imo, and especially White Fatalis.
Shame on my record, as of now the ONLY fight I still never beat is "Extreme" Behemoth... Even Fatalis could be Semi-cheesed by using your Palico to wrangle out Random scales and cortexes until you could build Fatalis's armor, which was super busted
I had a carthog friend that only played dual blades back in the day. I haven't gotten back to Fatalis yet since getting the game on Steam to play with new friends. Fingers crossed I get to down him now.
Tbh I don´t remember that well but I think I beat Fatalis second try and it didn´t give me much trouble after understanding his mechanics. Alatreon on the other side can go f itself. I farmed this guy to no avail with my buddy until we became hunting gods. This monster required you to refine your skill and get a completely new build as a raw GS main like myself
It doesn’t fit your criteria, but I was never able to solo Archtempered Velkana. The time limit, damage output, and health put me in a situation where I couldn’t be aggressive enough without dying. I beat it with a friend, but it was the only monster I couldn’t solo.
I had played Tri a little bit on my friends Wii, and fighting Lagi without knowing ANY mechanics was just absurd. Though I dont count that 😂 Fulgar Anjanath, a monster that just always seems to catch me off guard no matter what, and aside from the Black Dragons, is one of the only Monsters I will not fight solo 😂 regular Anjanath being possibly my favourite monster depending on the day you ask me, was of course my first ever brick wall and I loved it
We don't talk about Luna, na, na na, we don't talk about Lunaaaa... BUT It was World's new update (World got a new update!) We were getting ready, and there wasn't a 'Geuse in the zone (No 'Geuse allowed in this zone!) Luna flies in with a devilish grin- *(FIRE)* You telling this story or am I?! (I'm sorry, Handler, go oooon) Luna brings us scorching pain (Why did she burn us?!) In doing so, she fries our brains! (Commander get the cool drinks!) Carted by those cheap heatwaves (What a shitty quest but anyway-) We don't talk about Luna, na, na, na, we don't talk about Lunaaa~
Friend: Hey, can you help me hunt? Me: No problem. I haven't touched the game in a while, let me just warm up and I'll join you. Friend: Ok! _20 minutes later..._ Friend: You sure take a while to warm up... Me: Don't worry I'm nearly done with the quest. The quest: "Fade to black" Friend: o_O
Iceborne Alatreon and Fatalis I still can't solo. IG is an outstanding weapon in that game. I usually end up doing the most damage to both creatures in hunts where I help out lol, but even then I can't solo these creatures yet and I kinda love that lol it's a proper challenge. unlike anything in Rise/Sunbreak. they pulled the Easy Win on that game/games way way way too far.
Guanzorumu isn't that hard of a fight to be honest. All of the attacks are easily telegraphed due to the long start up and the Egyurasu insta-kill sequence, in fact, has a guaranteed safe spot. Go right in between the 2 wyverns that's in the forefront of Guanzorumu's rock throne and everything will pass by you. If I had to make a replacement of my own that would fit for the basis of difficulty, it's Eruzerion. No questions asked. That thing is fucking *ruthless.*
I didn't fight Alatreon or Fatalis in IB, but back in the day Alatreon was my B. I taught my boss' kid how to cut his teeth on that mofo. Didn't care for World as much as the older games... That said I have to wonder how hard Frontier was. I'm surprised as hell Molten Tigrex didn't make it in here but several F monsters did.
Suprised to see furiois rajang and crimson valastrax but no primordial malzeno. Idk if he was in the game or not when this video was made im a fairly casual player i dont keep up with everything im only now getting through sunbreak years after its release. But when i did fight Primordial Mal i thougjt he was defenitley harder then furious rajang and around the power level of crimson valstrax.
So you hit or cut off the tail of a normal rajaeng to knock it out of its enraged state so my nickname for it being the super Saiyan monkey may just be more than a nickname
Iceborne honestly felt like sheer spite from the devs from all the people who were calling World too easy lol. Kind of afraid we are gonna get the same treatment in the final few Title updates for Rise. Literally all the Title Updates for Rise have been slowly building the difficulty

@@Auvisome Thats your opinion, you might be better then the commenter at Sunbreak and found G Rank rajang easier. You make that sound like a fact.
Rise and world are both significantly easier than older games, rise especially
Risen Elder Dragons make me sweat bullets tho
@@IronChief13 I joined in the Monster Hunter game late into World like some months before Icebourne. I messed around didn't realize that it was long term game that required all the gathering and long time put into hunting and I missed out the augments because I rushed through the game.
Now, even now, I'm still playing catch up and trying to get caught up on stuff. Like I have no augments and still get through hunts somewhat decently, heavy emphasis on somewhat. I chose lunastra as ana example cause she's just annoying as hell. I can knock her on her ass left and right but she just annoys me.
@@hayden1255 I've seen. A lot has changed from the old games. And I salute to the older hunters
Iceborne ramped the game up so much once Safi dropped. When Alatreon came, it was a gut check. I felt I finally had to learn to play better.
When Fatalis dropped. . . Hoooo boy. That was one hell of a challenge.
Fatalis and behemoth PTSD is real
0:13
Commander: we literally fought a demon that came through a portal!!
Galleus: WE FOUGHT A LITERAL DEMON TOO!
Behemoth:I am gonna invade your world too now
Gaismagorm n Behemoth: **fistbump**
fatalis may one shot with more than half of his attacks, while the other half has plesioth sized hitboxes, but the fact that you basically have to change your playstyle and equipment multiple times to deal with alatreons bullcrap puts it just a teensy bit higher in my book. both were insanely difficult fights that im hoping and dreading to see again in sunbreak.
I'd say i was at my best in GU, and beat Extreme Bloodbath
However one monster i could never get used to for some reason was Silverwind Nargacuga
7:26 correction it does not have to be astera jerky alatreons full powerd up EJ (Escaton Judgement) deals 1000 or 2000 player hp dmg i am currently not sure about this
1 time breaking alatreons elemental armor will reduce the dmg how ever to 300 hp dmg even a simple mega potion can out heal it at 190 hp
2 elemental breaks will decrese it to 170 hp dmg so at 200 hp u dont even need to heal anymore in theory and can let health regen augmentation handle it
3rd break will only deal 160 hp dmg not really nessescary but neat to have it
Those are very unique way to put hardest monsters in respective order.😉👍 image surprised that even fatalis beat the frontier monsters. Then again, fatalis is the god of monsters as they call it.
where's my man burning freezing eruzerion
Alatreon was a monster of a battle alongside Fatalis, Behemoth and Ancient Leshen were also tanks.
I'd add AT nerg to the list if it included ATs. That no-tell paw slam was bad game design imo.
@@darkshibe2267 yeah.

Handler actually says to aim for the head instead to end Rampage Mode if you try and hit his "tail", and it's true. Match his aggression!
I don't have Playstation plus, so I played solo when going through World. I beat behemoth exactly once, and decided that I never wanted to see that monster ever again.
Lmao i remember playing with my brother when he first released and holy shit he was tough. I made a heal build for him lol.
Great Jaggi from Tri. Specifically the first time you hunt it, i think its the most obnoxious and difficult intro monster. The sheer number of adds summoned throughout the fight make it hard to deal with, especially for new players.
I would like to vote for Risen Shagaru to be one of the Sunbreak representatives
I think frontier’s Unknown was a pretty insane fight too. Multiple phases, insane speed, high damage, lots of AOE attacks, and extremely hard to hit
Silly spark puppy carted me every time
For me the behemoth EX was the hardest! His special attacks which are mostly scattered or AoE are overwhelming.
@@doomdoot6731 it took me 20+ attempts to killed fatalis solo,i got carted and failed a lot even with 30+ fire res cuz i'm using R.brachy set with fire res lvl3 still not enough to get through but from there i slowly learning it's movesets until then i got it's armor and used it to beat it although i've beaten him but it's not smooth at all i almost timed out luckily the roaming ballista available at the last min i used it and few more attacks in to beat the quest,i would guess my time left 10s or below than that
Alatreon is the one I can't beat with others. I can only beat it solo. X(
Coming in a year later, content wise, was this before or after the video on burning freezing eruzerion and the extreme species of frontier?
I agree with everyone here mentioning Iceborne Alatreon and Fatalis in terms of general difficulty. However, I feel that the difficulty in the Monster Hunter series is more about matchups, weapon choice, play style, and experience than it is about a monster being flat out "hard" (for example, I found Iceborne Furious Rajang to be extremely easy, easier than base Rajang actually). For the average dedicated hunter, almost every monster eventually becomes "easy" (with obvious extreme exceptions), so for me, the hardest monsters are the ones who took the longest to become "easy" for me or the ones that never became easy and just are bad matchups for me, ie. walls. My walls in each game I put hundreds of hours in (so I won't count MH4U and MHGU which I didn't play for THAT long) are the following:
MH3U: Underwater Lagiacrus, Lucent Nargacuga, Alatreon
MHW Iceborne: Tempered GL Coral Pukei-Pukei, Blackveil Vaal Hazak, Raging Brachydios, MR Lunastra, Fatalis
MHR Sunbreak: Barroth, Almudron, Crimson Glow Valstrax, PC Version Magnamalo
Gotta give this one to Cotton. Good list. I never fought the frontier ones, but it seems I can take his word for it
Don't take his word for it.
My Blast Charge Blade build that I had for the longest time faltered before the horror of Alatreon
alatreon ans Fatalis both, they were done very well. Like you said made you make sets and properly prepare no BS in those fights. To this day I haven't beat them
The Bloodbath Diablos EX fight in GenU triggers PTSD flashbacks.
Did you forget Primordial Malzeno?
Head and shoulders in difficulty above Crimson Glow Valstrax.
Iceborne Fatalis took me 3 months to kill just the special assignment one not even the regular version
GU's low rank Cephadrome has a higher killcount on me than IB's Fatalis...
I still haven’t done fatalis in iceborne. I won’t ever go back to it either. Accurate list imo 😊
0:17 Behemoth roars in the distance
Konchu is the destructive God of all monsters
Oh boy imagine how hard teostra would become when he gets the risen treatment
I’ve not fought fatalis or alatreon in iceborne (only in mhgu) so the hardest monster to me thus far honestly was velkhana. It took my friend and I multiple tries to beat it even once. It was the one time in which I genuinely cared about elemental resistances enough to get a high defense ice armor set, gem in more ice res, and eat for more ice res and STILL get my ass handed to me. But that’s just me
Did you ever fight AT Velkhana?
@@kalebdelrey901 not yet. This is only based on what I’ve fought as of currently from recent memory from rise, world, gu and 3
You have to try alatreon and fatalis. Absolute beauty.
Never made it to the end of iceborne 😢
Unfortunately I never got the chance to play frontier. The list is good though I think that you should have put some honorable mentions of your own choice. I would just replace furious Rajang with raging Brachy.
No
yeah same ,I'm fine with F rajang but RBrachy is an unholy abomination that I'm very happy that I dont need/want anymore of his gear...that thing still gives me nightmares
The final three of Iceborne had me ….
Dead to goddamn rights
Iceborne Fatalis also GU reaverbolt ex and bloodbath ex is the scariest one for me. I need to actually tryhard on them even in 4 player set up.
I am waiting for tier S+ fight in sunbreak but prolly it will be just risen crimson glow at the end or risen scormango. I wish it could be of something like dalamadur/gog but with lots of new moveset.
Behemoth was the one monster that said “this is too hard, get back up” in the base description
how would you place the new end game monsters in sunbreak added in through updates like risen teostra and risen valstrax?
The Great Jaggi ??
I feel Alatreon in MH3U was more of a nightmare. Sleep gunners and hammer users. As a GS main I found it difficult to kill without the Kelbi bow.
I died 14 Times in a row trying kill fatalis 😭, duremudira, i was literaly sent to the hospital because i burst open my head from unexpected rage 🤕
Shame on my record, as of now the ONLY fight I still never beat is "Extreme" Behemoth...
Even Fatalis could be Semi-cheesed by using your Palico to wrangle out Random scales and cortexes until you could build Fatalis's armor, which was super busted
I thought Fatty's armor couldn't be unlocked until you actually beat him, so even if you had the mats, you couldn't craft it
@@maskedmenreiki I had everything but chest piece when I beat it the first time... guess you just need enough materials to build one piece to unlock
I had a carthog friend that only played dual blades back in the day.
I haven't gotten back to Fatalis yet since getting the game on Steam to play with new friends.
Fingers crossed I get to down him now.
I defeated iceborne furious rajang in my first hunt with no carts and I've even got a rajang heart from it.
It took me 42 hours to beat fatalis. My god that was ridicilously tough. And im an veteran of the series
Rusted kushala and gogmazios from 4 beat the brakes off me. Only thing in world on that level was behemoth for me.
It doesn’t fit your criteria, but I was never able to solo Archtempered Velkana. The time limit, damage output, and health put me in a situation where I couldn’t be aggressive enough without dying. I beat it with a friend, but it was the only monster I couldn’t solo.
Tempered furious rajang was absolute hell
I want a show where the General and Galleus are friends
We all know the hardest monster is the first wall that you faced in your first monster hunter game
Extremoth is the hardest monster I have fought in a video game ever, 3 days to took him down the first time. Def something else.
I had played Tri a little bit on my friends Wii, and fighting Lagi without knowing ANY mechanics was just absurd. Though I dont count that 😂
Fulgar Anjanath, a monster that just always seems to catch me off guard no matter what, and aside from the Black Dragons, is one of the only Monsters I will not fight solo 😂 regular Anjanath being possibly my favourite monster depending on the day you ask me, was of course my first ever brick wall and I loved it
We don't talk about Luna, na, na na, we don't talk about Lunaaaa...
BUT
It was World's new update (World got a new update!)
We were getting ready, and there wasn't a 'Geuse in the zone (No 'Geuse allowed in this zone!)
Luna flies in with a devilish grin-

You telling this story or am I?! (I'm sorry, Handler, go oooon)
Luna brings us scorching pain (Why did she burn us?!)
In doing so, she fries our brains! (Commander get the cool drinks!)
Carted by those cheap heatwaves (What a shitty quest but anyway-)
We don't talk about Luna, na, na, na, we don't talk about Lunaaa~
Idk man, Great Jagras was quite a challenge
I still wish Greatest Jagras counted. Still my favourite fight of all time. Made me learn Lance in base world
@@lewa3910 I learned lance fighting banbaro and his dreams of being a bulldozer
What about Plate of calamity (Crimson Fatalis) from F1.
There's only one monster who scared me as HELL, and his name is Bloodbath Diablos.
You can knock Furious Rajang out of his enrage, by hitting his head, though you'd stun him faster with a blunt weapon.
i adore fatalis, (100 kills in the bag now lol) He is OP done right, and my man live on the creed that if you fuck around, you will find out.
Hey what is this? I heard the voice and mistook this for a Druid build video
No great jaggi?
Friend: Hey, can you help me hunt?
Me: No problem. I haven't touched the game in a while, let me just warm up and I'll join you.
Friend: Ok!
_20 minutes later..._
Friend: You sure take a while to warm up...
Me: Don't worry I'm nearly done with the quest.
The quest: "Fade to black"
Friend: o_O
Varusaburosu's creation was just "hmm, yes buuuuut what if we lit it on fire"
That's exactly the premise for Burst Species: "what if we fuse MH monsters with daily life objects?"
Varusaborosu is a Diablos combined with a stove.
Fatalis and its versions will always be the grand daddies of monsters...
So you hit or cut off the tail of a normal rajaeng to knock it out of its enraged state so my nickname for it being the super Saiyan monkey may just be more than a nickname
How about the top 10 hardest NON-Elder Dragon Monsters?
I never failed to get absolutely destroyed by MR Arch Tempered Lunastra, the wind flinch is real and my health bar is non-existent R.I.P 😢
You didn't even have to kill fatalis to make his armor and weapons just break stuff and have a cat that can pilfer
Iceborne honestly felt like sheer spite from the devs from all the people who were calling World too easy lol. Kind of afraid we are gonna get the same treatment in the final few Title updates for Rise. Literally all the Title Updates for Rise have been slowly building the difficulty
nothing in World or rise to be sure. they were easy
I never made it past Alatreon bc of that elemental dmg requirement
0:01 Lmao seeing them argue which one has it worse and they both haven't experience Apex rajang lmao
