Those first uchi uke and gyaka tsuki should each take at least 5-10 seconds, have a good few seconds between each technique, be done in a proper hangestu stance, and should be solidified at the end with a breath to lock it into place. If you can tell it's bad from the first moves, that's rather disappointing.
i know right! the 2nd one is not part of the kata, the real second and last kiai belongs to the last gyaku tsuki at the end. Poor stances and ukes defition too in my opinion.. nice effort tho.
Si, Nishiyama Ryū, con el mayor de mis respetos, Maegeri gedan (golpea la rodilla, Fumikomigeri), Age Uke= Tzuki en la frente. Eso es “sacarse la venda de los ojos”?, les queda grande el Hakama.
Pretty shitty performance. Hangetsu should be performed like sanchin kata, with tense muscles and deep breathing, not softly like the girls are doing it. It's the only kata like that in shotokan - and I don't think it should be performed on competitions, because the idea of this kata is to condition your body, not perfect your techniques.

El hangetsu de Osaka sensei me gusta mas que el de Koji Arimoto. Koji lo veo como mas robotizado respecto a osaka o a shirai. Pero mejores que esta performance, cualquiera de los 3 sin duda. Hangetsu hace mucho enfasis en la respiracion abdominal, la concentracion y la tension
