23:35 the weird thing about this situation that Stipe isn't even a big PPV star or isn't a big social media personality, Stipe has 2 million IG followers, which is just average for a ufc champion since even Poirier has 5 million IG followers, and DC said before his fights with Stipe didn't make the same PPVs as his fights with Jones. We know Stipe isn't a PPV star so it wouldn't even make a big difference in PPVs if Aspinall fights Jones instead.
