Sir for example we can use directional relay for alternator which protects reverse reactive power from grid.. whether it is directional relay or non directional relay..if directional relay thn at which we have to use non directional relay
Thanks bro,non directional relay only consider the current but directional relay consider voltage and current angle, depends upon the angle relay will calculate the fault direction as per our setting, directional relay very very sensitive compare to non directional relay
Remember this..Current always goes to short circuit path..ok va..So if the fault occure near to the genarator in grid..the fault current will be taken from our genset....beause generator is an Star connected system. So to.Protect the genset from grid fault. These relays are used....

Good explanation bro I looking forward for your next video
Sreevatsan Ramanujam thanks nanba
Very thankful bro
Anga non directional ku pathila reverse power relay pota innum accuracy ah irukumae bro
directional relay
Operating region pls explain
Please upload about Solo run test of motors
Concept explain super bro but pls explain exact use bro with example

Thank you sir
Sir what is mho relay pls explan
nice
Hi sir video nice diesel generator to power plant we can synchronice or EB to power plant onely synchronic
which place using directional and non directional relays
inspiration speech 95% mostly used in generator protection...Only 10 % used in power transformer..
Ji how relay find the flowing current is directional or non directional
direction of flux reverses
Dg eppadi synchronize pandrAdu sollunga bro
Regular syndhronization procedure
@@Techdoct yes bro
Why need vector testing for transformer
Vector testing will be done only for the power transformer (grid transformer), It is used to certify grid synchronization about phase angle
Why not the explanation be in English? I don't understand hindi language
Where r u working now sir
Free lancer
I need equivalent circuit
