hi bro & nice effort from you.. 1. In all drawings of REF protection, all CTs shall be grounded towards protected equipment why? 2. In generally CT one side is grounded, please explain about CT current circulation with respect to grounding. Thankyou
Thx for your knowledge sharing. I am an engineering design side and very useful to me understanding in aspects of practically how it's working . Keep Rocking.... I have a small doubut,For 64R (Restricted Earth fault Relay) one CT is connected to neutral side and another side Will required to connect in primary side (or) secondary side of transformer ? Same doubt in 51G(standby Earthfault really) also ?

Enaku therinjathu sonna... Thapa iruntha sorryyyyy nanba
Thanks for commenting nanba...Do you know one thing i have installed, tested and commissioned almost 3 number of REF relay with stabilizing resistor..ok simply do not say learn.. if i am wrong tell the mistake that is good conversation... do not compare my channel with the text book..practical electrical never matches with your the text book.. if you are in power plant of above 32MW go and see the GCP drawing, there you will get the answer bro. i am telling that, what i have done in my experience. Many people do not know that using of interposing CT. that is doing main duty for High Voltage Power plant

if ct is double earthed, current only circulated that earthing closed path..hence no current is flows through respective relay/meters

Super nanba but enakku oru doudt air circuit breakera erth fault relay eppati operate pannuthu ,namma earth fautl relay remove pannuna acb work aaguma plz explain
yes unbuilt relay ETU unit moolama work agum
Plz make it in english or hindi so that other state student will understand.
Nice explanation
Sir please how calculate stabilizing resistor with explain one example
Plz make videos in English.. Then this will help you all ..

Super Bro
Can u explain about co balance CT ?
Video is available
@@Techdoct link plz
it is for earth fault protection...the resultant current of cbct flows to ELR
Pls inform the Internal CT ratio
You could ve tried to explain how to arrive at the ratio of the ICT for REF setup for the example of 200/1 NCT and 2000/1 Phase CTs.
Sir plz need to Telugu element videos
WHAT IS THE USE OF ICT in this circuit? i think primary & secondary ratio is same of the ICT.
Sir explain. Star point in ct.and also explain single point earthing
Super sir
Thanks bro..

internal only
Ref LA stabilizing resistor use panran gala athu ethukku
to neglect unwanted tripping and avoid tripping from ct saturation...(enak therinjuthu sonnen..if it is wrong, plz correct me)

I am the protection Engineer . please Tutiing with confidence . Kindly advice the interposing CT'S RATIO Selection.
It will be 0.1/1A ICT
Sir please make videos in English language, so that we could understand,
ICT means Interposing CT (Matching CT)
Why both end supply in DC supply
Pls upload vcb function
