Old school methodology says after you learn the 3 empty hand forms, but I teach the dummy right from the beginning. I believe there’s no special stage to start as it’s too important to your development to wait.

Hi Sifu Willis, thanks for the class, as you said, it's lots of information. I want to discuss something with you, my name is Pedro, from Chile, a Wing Chun beginner, yogui and physiotherapist. I can visualize and feel the triangles in my own practice of SLT and ChK, but I think, for a more pedagógic approach, we can visualize the differents position the wheights on our body set, as we move during our practice.
I also want to say thanks for all the others things i've learned from you on your videos and posting on social media.
I'll be waiting for your respond...
    Atte.
    Pedro Muñoz.

You're welcome, Pedro. Glad to be able to help. Can you detail what you mean a little further by "visualize the differents position the wheights on our body set, as we move during our practice"? Thanks!

Lessons are great but...if u can do lessons with a cooperating opponent I believe the lessons would be more helpful
