At the time Mongolia was unofficially part of China, (It was invented around Tibet) which is also part of China. I'd say it's not Chinese, Mongolian, or Italian. Just universal, doesn't matter where it came from as long as it tastes good :)

Recently found this channel. This guy is the most Mongolian Mongol I've ever seen. So manly, yet so calm. This is therapeutic and meditative in a way. Just nature, this guy, and his knife, and some pleasant music. Good stuff.
This reminds me of my culture. Because as a Tibetan we share most of the same culture and lifestyle as a Mongolian does

I love how calming it is, out in the wilderness, the nice aroma of cooking food, the sound of it cooking, the chirping birds, and the sun.
These videos have a way of pulling me in and making me feel like I'm sitting right there next to the fire and the trees. Chef Baysaa is such a pleasure to watch, especially after a long stressful day.

I love all of the Artger videos I've seen but these are the best. It gives me a real sense of what it would be like to live in Mongolia, both now as well as when the Mongols ruled much of Asia. It doesn't hurt that the chef is so handsome either!😊👍🌺🇺🇸

@@boldgerel5 Nope, you can't. Vegetable oil is notoriously unhealthy for frying because it oxydizes so easily. Pls use lard, fat, ship tail, clarified butter(ghee) for dishes that require frying or roasting.
Sheep tail doesn't contain any cholesterine n doesn't make one fat, I heard.

Looks amazing.We do 'mantı' in Turkey very smilar to khuushuur.But we do not fry mantı we boil it.I recommend you to make a sauce with yoghurt and garlic paste to pour over khuushuur.Good luck you doin good job.
