Where is all that water coming from?

This is the water cooling the fresh water heat exchangers, after cooler and oil cooler. While on the sea sea water is sucked and circulated in the system returning back to the sea. On full throttle engine is using 13 tons per hour sea water and 23,5m^3/min of air.
