Yes,once a week! The roots keep growing and there will come a time when you should get a bigger vase. Some people recommend prunning at some point! Good luck!

Should I prune the root of the plant regularly? Roots won't fit in the bottle.

So after the plant gets to be about as big as the photos, can we transplant to the earth or what? Does it just die after a while?

you can move it into a pot or the ground once it's got some roots and maybe even some leaves
