Well I had a death in family and my grad score really fucked up I have like 45 percent from Delhi University in history hons , however I have extra curricular certificates which I have received from my college , I also joined an aviation company right after my final semester and now have around 2 years exp in ground ops and management as an executive and received many appreciation certificates from my supervisors and managers and I have A grades and B grades in my high school

You can still get good admits at Universities between national ranks of 65-110 in US. I don't know about other countries.
Focus on getting work experience and building projects. If you want to first get work experience, get atleast 2 years of experience as 1 year is not enough.
Do some hackerrank/leetcode, maybe a coursera course or two, a project or two of your own (mobile app, website, research project posted on medium or something).

Which course do you want to do in MS?
I recommend getting at least 2 years of work experience (1 year is not enough) and working on your profile by building projects, writing blog posts etc.
Try to get a GRE score around 320+.
Try to get a verbal score above 152 and a quant score of 162+.

Hello sir, I am in B.Tech, 4-1 from hyderabad, telangana, in a college affiliated to JNTUH.
I am able to score about 322-327 in GRE and 8.0-8.5 in IELTS (I haven't taken the tests yet). I am planning for MS in USA. I am planning for fall 2020, specialization in Artificial Intelligence- Computer Vision (CV)
But, my academics is very WEAK! I have a CGPA of 6.29 until 3-1 and a total of 12 BACKLOGS until 3-2. But I have CLEARED all of them in my FIRST ATTEMPT itself. I could not cope up with the CONVENTIONAL education system and it really is NOT a CORRECT measure of TALENT! I am planning on working on a few research papers and projects as well. Initially, I was planning for fall 2020. But since my academics is very weak, many experts have suggested me that I can't even get into a Tier 2 college like Arizona state university. So they recommended me to WORK for about 6 months after my graduation, and then plan for applying to universities.
And some seniors have also said that doing a specialization like Artificial Intelligence- Computer Vision (CV) is VALUABLE only if done in TOP universities and not in MIDDLE ranked universities. Is it true?
I really want to get into a middle ranked college AT LEAST like Arizona state university. I don't want to get into a Tier 3 college. Please help me! I am in a state of sorrow and confusion! I do not know WHAT TO DO NEXT. Please GUIDE me!

@@mailme7116 (CGPA-0.75)*100 gives u percentage. With low CGPA you can get into universities by scoring very good in GRE and TOEFL. Don't hope for top tier, but there's always a chance in good universities.
