I love Grech products. I love the idea here. I do not love the loo and the kitchenette occupying the same space. Can't do that. I'd be willing to give up one or both back benches before I'd do this configuration.
I have a floor plan that has the toilet in the back, or storage, and the galley was moved in the passenger area. Problem solved. OGV V-Cruise 8OB floor plan
