I like "Rocks Off" because it's great to see an artist being able to 'stretch their wings' in a way that the majors would never allow. Now please look up Daniel's song, "Secret Fear" which is AMAZING.

Is this the best song of the album? No, i think other songs from the new EP r phenomenal, this song i just think is more like an interlude considering is so short lol

i quite like it! i mean people cant expect him to do the same songs as he used to, like he said "the music industry is shit" and hes right! so it about making music you like and enjoy making! thats what pledge is all about! seen the same results with Charlie simpson! his solo album "young pligrim" that he made through pledge is completely different to his Busted music, and his Fightstar music! as long as Daniel Bedingfield enjoys the music hes making, thats all that counts, its not 2004 anymore

I respect your music & enjoy it because of your way with words. Your songwriting is amazing. Please try again... not very good & the blasting speaker thing is quite annoying & makes me think I should turn my volume down.
I don't know but I think the point is to emphasise the importance of music for him... life is full of distractions and people and things trying to tempt him away but he ignores it all to keep reaching for the piano and making music. Because music, like love, runs so much deeper, is more brilliant and has so much more intrinsic importance and beauty than any immediate rush or pleasure you'd get from a sexy person trying to get your socks off. Maybe.

Dan, I think it comes down the fans already knowing what you're capable of. Like it's been said, people wouldn't be here listening to it if they weren't a fan first and foremost.
I personally think it's expressive as a song but would not constitute a single release! It's a chance for you to get back into releasing material and to be honest I think you would have been better expanding on the "one hit wonder" skit song you did if what you wanted was all positive responses!
Loved the song & the video. I think it's an accurate representation of how crazed 'fans' get when they see a singer or other celebrity they like. They tear each other apart just to get a sleeve of a shirt - which is quite silly really. They should pay attention to the music as well, which would be nice. Loved it!
