Wow, what a crowd! Enjoy every moment. I know I love the pictures you share. Sons thought of even if they can't make the weekend. You and Ian truly have created a loving family, who enjoy each other's company. 😊❤
Family times are the most special times. Memories to cherish for a lifetime. Thanks Jean for sharing, wishing you and your family all the best and stay healthy. 👍❤️😊
What a blessing your wonderful family must be for you and so nice to see Ian looking so well. Always lovely when you share your family with us . Stay safe and healthy wishes from the Welsh valleys
So good to see you, Jean. It's always nice to have a chat with you whether the topic is family or quilting and quilting products. The pictures say it all.... smiling faces enjoying each other's company. I'm with you - my husband and I enjoy going back to a hotel/motel to get a good rest and be re-charged for the next day. Have a good day❤
I love that you can enjoy a good night’s rest! It is so important, right Mary Beth?! We love all the kids and grandkids.....but need a break too!!! LOL!
So lovely to see all your family together enjoying each others company. Ian, keep rocking the braces they look so cool. Great job with the cushions well done and thanks for sharing x
Thanks Kay! :) We are looking forward to a few winding down days, warm and cozy in our home. Our daughter and hubby are coming over tomorrow and we are so looking forward to one on one ~ usually there are dozens of us!!! LOL! Hugs!
Glad you and your family were able to get together! Personally I am in the "love it" camp with regard to the Jazz 2. I have been sewing, quilting and FMQ with it for the last few months. My girl works with any thread I put in it, top or bottom. No tension issues. Had a bit of a whatever one day when the feed dogs stuck down but it was resolved in quick order. Anyway, stitch on!
I purchase quite a bit and of course the free patterns and I also like Bearcreekquilting. Like the Bandana Quilt!! Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Looks like you had a great time with all the kids! Glad you figured out an easier way to make the cushions, they will probably come together much easier now. ❤❤❤
Yes, sometimes we need that 'hotel' time! Thanks Diane:) As Julie said, we don't celebrate the traditional holidays, but we WILL probably be overeating and enjoying our families over the coming days!!! LOL! We sincerely hope you enjoy your holiday and feel the love, shown and shared! Hugs:)
I'm glad you tried the other method ,but if I were you I wouln't sew an extra panel for the zipper .If you cut the four corner squares befor sewing the side seams you can sew the zipper directly on the backside of the fabric, then sew the side seams and then sew the corners ! It works great .I did the same process for my kitchen cushions.
Hi to all of the Trueloves 🥰🥰 Love all the family pics! I'm watching this about 7:00 am Christmas Eve morning. Sadly, tomorrow at 6:00 pm I will be putting my only child-my son, daughter-in-law & 4 grandkids-ages girl-15, girl-13. girl-9 & boy-6 on a plane to move to Australia 😭😭 It's been in the works for about 2 years now, but I was not in on it from the beginning. Still don't really know why they picked there to move, but as they say "it's their life". She is a RN & can go over as a "traveling nurse" status. That's pretty much all I know. He's been working for a cooling/heating company for about 3 years now, so I'm sure he can find something similar over there if that's what he chooses. He's also worked at several restaurants & is quite an accomplished cook-so there's that, too. Needless to say, I'm a basket case. Just wanted to share & vent a little.
Aw Marla, I'm so sorry for your 'loss'. That must be VERY tough, the goodbyes. I feel for you and send a huge HUG down the airwaves! We would lend you a handful of Trueloves if we knew it would help!! LOL! Again, hugs to you!
@@jeantruelovetruelovequiltsfory My dear Jean, thank you for your kind words. I just wanted to talk to my friend-that's what I consider you 🥰🥰They got here yesterday about 4:00, spent the night & will be here most of today. They still have some folks to say goodbye to.
Glad you are making progress on the cushions. Maybe 2 a week till Spring? 😂. It’s just wonderful that everyone still gets together but are you two ever smart to get a hotel for some rest. Please tell me everyone is in different congregations 😂
Dear Jean, thanks for sharing your family times with us, glad you all enjoyed. Looks a bit chilly in those mountains but the families don’t seem to care. Nice to get together once in a while. Love to all the Trueloves, stay safe🏴
It was -1 FARENHEIHT!! It was pretty brutal and that's coming from me who usually loves the cold! Its been frigid here! But yes, it was lovely be all together:)
Jean can you do a short video on cutting a fat quarter 18 inches square?. I was making these sweet gnome pillow with 2 fat quarters and I feel so dumb. I could not cut the fat quarter 18 inches square. I was so frustrated. I would appreciate. I can't cut anything straight. Something I watch quilters do all the time. Help.

Thank you for taking time to watch me:!
I Really like my Jazz 2!
FMQ is an adjustment... Jack up that tension dial.
When the setting is correct for you, the stitching looks great!
My next few videos show that I am having a heck of a time with the FMQ. I have yet to get a good stitch on my Jazz. Working on it and thanks so much:)
Love to catch up with the Trueloves
Thanks so much:)

So true! And yes, several congregations ALTHOUGH one local one has 4 Truelove families in it!! YIKES!!
