17:21 what does the white smoke/haze mean for a diesel truck? Burning coolant?
Pretty common to smoke just a little on these old 12 valves. If it were coolant it would be a much larger plume of white smoke. That haze is very common until they warm up. Being it hasn't been driven much the last several year probably would benefit from some fuel additives and getting worked a bit.
If you painted it silver it would be like your first one
got to do a long build series on it
Is it just me or does it look like a two tone white? Slightly darker from the pin stripe down to the body line. Looks sweet. You should just clean up the interior.

In western ky of a 12v that clean dually 5 speed that would sel easy for 20-25k
My area in NC at least 40k that’s no joke. Or more. I’ve seen them try and sell Cummins 4x4’s around here beat up with 300k and they still want 20-25k

Ranchhand front bumper, 3.5 front lift blocks, 36” super swamper Q78 tires on it, and window tint. Clear headlights and some oem + looking tail lights. Even color match the rear tail light bezel would be cool and that truck would be the baddest white manual 12 valve in the us.

I’d like to see that Bradford bed put on it like the last one a few years back but considering it’s a record amount of money you spent on the initial purchase I’ll take a guess that’s not happening 😂. Would be dope on some Alcoas with color matched full body trim and stuff. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’d leave it stock and level it or a small 4 in lift with stocks and 35s or new 4th gen stocks and 35s
I’d put led lights all around, rock lights, new wheels and tires, and maybe a lift kit.
$30-35k around my area all day long. I’d say you snatched it around 15-20k

I’m about 20 mins west of Knoxville,TN. A truck like this would sale for 20-25k$+ around here. With it having less than 100k on it. Maybe even 30k$ to the right buyer.
I would drive it only during the summer (northern Indiana) and keep it mint! I would expect $20-25k for that truck. They are getting harder and harder to find!

We’ve been doing that because we noticed more people liking the practical/ more useful aspects of it.
Kelly lowballed this truck at under $12k in South Central Kansas. But I can guarantee this wouldn't go for less than $25k in today's market.

Look at the passenger side they are WAY too far forward and the driver side looks better but still is way too far forward. Plus when you install them they are supposed to go under the mirror when you lay them down. Not stick them to the mirrors
@@LOUDNPROUD also why are you hiding the bed so much? You can clearly see the previous owners did respray is bed so it shows the true wear on this truck. You can say worlds cleanest when there’s 12v’s out there that’s been sitting in air controlled storage since they came off the dealership floor with only 5k miles

I think you should leave it alone. Don't do a damn thing to it but remove the tailgate badges. No tacky wheel/tire set up, no eBay headlights/tail lights, just leave it alone and let the winner have a nice clean stock truck. Just my 2 cents.

That truck has a cheap paint job on it. Whoever painted it was to cheap/lazy to fully debage and disassemble the truck. There’s over spray on the trim and window. That should’ve all been removed to do proper work especially on a low mileage truck. Gateway would’ve considered that truck make if it had a proper paint job on it
If it's a fare deal and documented miles I'd say 16,500 max but the way these things bring money I could see 20,000-to who knows.
Maybe if it was 2wd and double the mileage 🤣🤣
