Type in “Chinese Hot Pot” or “Shabu Shabu.” You have to try once. Then if you really like, you can make yourself. Very easy. Lots of vids on UA-cam and you can buy sauces, instant soup base via Amazon. Veggie easy to find, thinly sliced meat you won’t find but you can partially freeze and cut yourself, slice thawed chicken, fish, shrimp. Good luck

You need to open up your own style restaurant. Could you imagine!! With a sushi train that would bring all your food like meat and veggies for your hot pot or grill what ever your doing. And each table could do it all. Then sell franchisees! I love to dream!
