Wait... You think Cyberspace is bad? It's the only part of Frontiers that i actually wanna play! You know, i like playing the *Sonic* levels in my *Sonic* game. And yeah, before update 2 they weren't all that great, but the spindash turns any boring set piece into a Sonic adventure-like spindash jump, it's so fun to see if you can beat your record and even collecting the red rings i found was fun. And that also applies to update 3 with the new Cyberspace stages being the best part about Final Horizons in my mind.
Don’t get me wrong I do like cyberspace a little, and I agree the spin dash is super fun, but it’s just not as fun as running around in the open zone. With worse controls to boot.
@@GDubA There isn't really anything to do in the Open zone other than playing those automated micro stages in the sky, which i don't find to be all that engaging to be honest. It's still pretty fun yeah, but you can't really beat that traditional Sonic formula he's been using for decades. Sonic's whole thing was beating the level as fast as possible, so when there isn't any level but a repetitive gameplay loop, what is there to do? Still, just my opinion.
