I actually prefer this english version over the english dubbed version cause this is the actual translation of the japanese version. The dubbed version changes the whole context of the song. Thanks for uploading!

wow...both of the version great...i can`t decide which one the best...but after listening the english version the song really touches my soul....it really does
in the manga its implied that this series is actually a sequel of cardcaptor as the Syaoran in Tsubasa is revealed to be Sakura and Syaoran from CCS's Son. Though I have a feeling that their relationship is actually much closer than that.

Sort of, in Tsubasa Chronicles we learn that there are many different worlds, each world can have people who look the same, and have the same soul, but live different lives. So Princess Sakura is a parallel of Cardcaptor Sakura.
Both versions make me cry, the story behind it is so sad...
