Also apparently people with mpd can experience physical changes that align with whoever they are at the time of their episode. It's so fascinating.
I shared your channel with my bestie ❣she's overweight and has been claiming 'I am slim' for several months as explained here 9:35 but she's gotten bigger 👁👄👁 If there's no process as you explain here, and it's only choosing/claiming identity Y to activate it, why is she getting more overweight when activating slim? Can you please make a video on the best way to lose weight when people aren't getting results or when they're gaining even more weight despite activating Y? I don't think you have a video on this topic and it would be great. In her case, she's having more difficulty keeping up with daily chores due to her weight, she gets tired easily, clothes no longer fit and so on. How would you "troubleshoot" or manage the current situation when it's affecting your daily performance? And how would you keep going about this? Just activating Y as she's been doing despite getting bigger? Thank you, Mona, love your channel. Before anyone says "diet and exercise", she already eats very little and has no energy to work out due to her weight.
I'll do a video about it. But remember, you don't activate Identity Y... YOU ARE in Identity Y unless you take yourself out of it by ACTIVATING Identity X. Also "I am slim" may not be the right words to use. It's more about what comes with being slim.

I asked her what she'd do if she was slim, she said wear cute clothes and go to the beach in a bikini. That's what she's envisioning and I'm also imagining that we go to the beach together and she looks stunning and happy in her bikini.

Yes, look to Manifesting with Kimberly, she also explain about it, but Yes. In my experience, you decide and return to that decision, but I know that if you come from repetitive affirming can be chalenging the idea of being able to deciding.
Yes or simply write down your intentions and trust that your desire indicates that you are already that person experiencing that desire through a natural unfolding. It's simply unfolding in that direction because you wouldn't have that desire otherwise. That's why you often manifest something so fast when you set the intention and let it go. The desire is sort of a premonition of what's coming next.

Because my desire is people remembered my revise age not my real age but a lady was saying to me who is a coach that if you revise your age then it will manifest as maybe you will look younger but it won't change your real age.. mam what you will say please answer..
What the coach is saying is not true. It is possible to change your physical age, whereby your age changes on official documents (e.g. birth certificate).

@@Positivity613 You don't need to believe it to manifest it. Just affirm I am 21 and I was born in YYYY. And don't check for evidence in 3D. Ignore anything in 3D that says otherwise.
So people who are learning new skills can just decide they have that skill and not practice? Can children just decide they can tie their shoes once and never practice?
I'm saying no actions are a must in terms of techniques. If you watch my video on the 7 levels of creation, I explain that when you choose who you are from the top, your actions will naturally reflect that identity. So you will certainly take action to learn a new skill but it will be an inspired natural action and it will feel truly effortless. You'll also master it very quickly (versus someone who tries to become skilled from the identity of someone who struggles to learn new skills and who feels they don't get the things they desire in life).
