1:40 Looks like the old dacha was renovated prior to 2012. The foundation looks new, even in the 2023 street view.

it look like america with too much boring massive tasteless coldly clinical monotone skyscrabers, its not really improvement to me if it lose its own identity and soul, but oke it is clean modern etc, and also less greenery.i guess this is progress but i call it ugly.

"asuming headquarters" , lol literally Luminor , Estonian bank :D , Revolut is also bank (lithuania own startup, a la similar to like Paypal and TransferWise)
South Korea banking on East-Europe to be tech powerhouse in the world by 2050.
you sound triggered somehow... less greenery? do you even know how green baltic states actually are :D i dont know about lithuania, but Estonia is 60% forests lol.. compared to the rest of europe we are very green and cleanest air.
cool to see, that lithuania also developing, Also this is not that much of indication... of the state of economy.. obvious that derelict neighbourhoods are rebuilt and good investment for the builders and real estate companies...
1:59 - this is actually cool... the owner is smart... this land will cost a lot more in 10 years... : )
To me it seems Lithuania developing actually faster than Estonia, they do have significantly higher population as well, hence the bigger office buildings i guess...
But i think a lot of goods comes thru Lithuania/Latvia middle warehouses.. wich are shipped to Estonia,Finland and Scandinavia.
Pretty sure Lithuania has more Manufacturing as well than Latvia and Estonia ,
Not sure what the purpose of the video was.... looks like business as usual... people live, work and build... whats so special about it?
only thing i thought about this video is.. could try to find Before and After about Estonia stuff as well... haha ; ]
Also by 2035 there will Nuclear Power plant in Estonia, wich will feed all Baltic States , our first ... Fujitsu won the competition who will help us build one... they have to build one in their own country (Japan) to show its safe.
.. there supposed to be one during 60-70s i think, but 3 countries could get to an agreement and never was built...

I noticed. These new buildings make the area look like some edge city where there are large buildings, lots of parking, wide streets, and no decent public transit.
