28 years today you left us...we will always love you, we will always miss you. But we know that when you left this cruel world, you were finally free from your depression and addictions. You no longer had to walk the lonely road of "White Lightning."

They say time heals all wounds, but some scars never fade. I simply can't believe that Steve has been gone for that long. And in spite of the sorrow for the loss, I admire the courage and fortitude of Def Leppard to have gone on through so much heartache and tribulation and still be the amazing entertainers that they are today.And know that we hold #SteveClark in our hearts.

I met Steve right after he got out of rehab in Minnesota, when i lived in Vero Beach Florida, he was dating a friend of mine then who is also now deceased whose family owned a popular car dealership. I remember seeing many of his guitars that were at my friends home. I drove around with him in the back of my car for hours while he slept. He died a short
time later after returning to London.....he kept me sober that day!
It's sad he could been so much more if he stuck around . Depression is hard I lived it
I have 3000 photos of Steve all together on Pinterest 😀 I started to play guitar because of him. I think I can still play all of High n Dry. Amazing soul. My dad was a lot like his dad so I know what he went through. Still play guitar today! I’m 61!
One of the loves of my life.

saw you once, live in concert. - Stockholm, Sweden in early 1988. My favorite DL album Pyromania was heavily included in that show with a handful of songs. i remember the moment I was told you passed. It was not like these days with the Internet, Twitter, Facebook or Google. I found out at a moment that was supposed to be a happy moment for life for me.

i love this man forever when he passed i was so sad . in my art class i took a bottle of indian ink got a needle some cotton and did a very painful tattoo steve clark x i am 43 now and i still love him and never regret doing that however i have a better bit of art work now.x

I'm singing this song for my middle school talent show, I'm 14 and in 8th grade, I've grown up hearing the name Steve Clark and last year I was picked on because I started crying on January 8th and could only say, my hero died 26 years ago today, I got no respect from them. But now it's time for me to shine, wish me luck.
