In one generation dot two they will have caught up with the wests manufacturing methods. This is like watching our own history of manufacturing methods, this is the kind of work our fathers and grandfathers did. Hardwork, hard conditions, safety a passing afterthought only when someone is severely injured or killed, then soon forgotten again. Worker’s compensation was looking for a new job if you couldn’t show up for some reason, unless you were highly skilled and valued.
