Ik I'm late to the comment section here and I like your list for Robin, however Roger is not a broken card, it's strong but it's nowhere near broken, it's been out for nearly a month and I've only won off of it's effect once, it's a super situational card.
I feel like she is for this leader. An early yamato can clear similar threats. And since robin requires you to trash 2 cards to turbo out your late game characters. Also it allows you to gum gum giant on consecutive turns.

From a pure budget perspective is there an alternative to 9C luffy secret?
9C Rush Kaido is one 9C Purp Linlin is another.
Do you have any substitutes for shirahoshi she’s pretty exspensive so if there are any other blockers
