Forgot to say, but the reason to foolish the Dark Summoning Beast is to avoid the Dark Beckoning Beast being hit with Imperm, Ash, and Veiler. If they Ash the foolish then cool, just summon the Dark Beckoning Beast and proceed to not care. And if they Ash the Opening of the Spirit Gates itself, then foolish is still fine, you'd just have to pick a different card to discard.
I like how you actually made kuriboh playable while still keeping it fun! It’s also nice how in depth this video is
Oh, well thank you. I was tempted to make another video covering some things about the deck a bit more because I didn't feel like I did enough for beginners, lol.
If this video gets 20 likes I'll make a video of combos, test hands, and deck discussion... if it gets 100 likes I'll take this to locals for a video.

I have no idea but it would be sick to see how you perfect the deck and what side deck you use. Kuriboh is one of the coolest decks and I’d love to see them stay alive. I’m sure many others agree.
@@themrbob333 I mean, I'm definitely down to. I'd just need to work my new job for a bit so I actually have money to do the projects I have planned. Since I'd need to buy the cards and of course pay for the tournament entry fee.

Five-Headed Link Dragon is a staple in kuriboh decks that use "Multiply"
Interesting, I haven't seen that tech before... but I also don't think it sounds very good, it's just a towers monster at that point since you couldn't use its first effect. A towers monster is neat, but it's not good enough, otherwise @Ignister would actually be a good deck.

Hey, I do appreciate. I made some mini combo shorts, but I don't really like how those turned out. I'm still working on the deck as once this vid hits 100 likes I'm taking it to tournament, so I'm trying to improve further. Once it's all done I'll be sure to do a combo guide.

Lyriclusc - ensemblue robin for interruption and lyriclusc assembled nightingale to push some damage in extended play. And, though I don't really like it, it can be ok to go with number 13 as and number 31
I mean, I've tweaked the deck since, but I still wouldn't really consider Robin or 13 and 31. Nightingale would be fine for Zeus. Robin is just too easy to bate and then punch over.
I may disagree with your kuribabylon take. Ive played a similar deck a ton in MD and it facilitates a 2 card OTK.
Because he can be summoned from deck with 'beh effect, and he can be bounced back to hand to resummon to 5 brothers from GY, you essentially +1 for free. If you activated 5 star twilight without normal summoning, you can do the little +1 dance, make unicorn (bounce) into accesscode (banish) and then tribute the last brother for a 3k+ babylon. With the 5k access code, you can easily swing for game, a way ive ended tons of games. And at worst, he is a potential special summon for twilight. Has a lot of value at 1 copy imo.
Baby Tiragon, berseker crush. Youll understand. Used it years ago online as a troll combo with blue eyes.

@@49davidsalazar basically, you spam summon level 1 kuribohs, xyz summon baby tiragon, pop berserker crush onto winged kuriboh by banishing a high atk monster in the graveyard, activate baby tiragon effect and use the beefed up winged kuriboh for a direct attack. I used this combo a lot back in zexal era. I ran kuribohs competitively. There's various forms of em and they can be used as deck fuel for just about anything if you're creative enough
@@49davidsalazar modern yugioh makes this combo really difficult to pull off cause games are practically decided in two turns but you can take a Crack at it

cool list! What's an ideal endboard for going first with this? The best I could do with my old list was ip'd avramax and maybe an apo too if i opened right
Not much better. But I did make a short for a quick going first combo. If you open access to enough 5s then you can make a 3mat pair-a-dice smasher, which is solid.
That it's his point....I only play it for it's 2 link arows....usually he gone next turn for Unicorn or Griphin ....I wanted to use something else but for it's purpose he perfect I just need 2 monsters like tokens

If you play ghostricks you also don't have to to play lionheart anymore since f0 is treated as a rank 1
Huh, you know, his rank has never really mattered in most instances so I never knew that, that's actually pretty good to know.
Something I've been testing out, I tried running destrudo for Shooting Riser Dragon since you have a level 2 in deck to pitch for it to be level 5 and F.A Dawn Dragster since I manage to set Apollousa and F.A in end board I negate a spell and it turns level for my turn for an easy 5 star target, oh and I know it's not solid but I also run Gamma engine for another level 2 and a negate, one thing I struggle is to have an solid end board since at best I can get 2 link 4 monsters which doesn't bring that much insurances so I wish there was another sort of link engine that brings out a full field of good monsters
Interesting, I've been playing with the ghostrick engine a bit and have been pretty consistently making UFD, Apo, and I.P. I'm trying to get the deck tournament ready since I said once it gets 100 likes I'll take it to tournament. So I'll play around with your suggestion, I appreciate it.
After thinking about it a bit longer, I still just don't think it's worth it to play 3 Destrudo in your deck just because you could make a level 5, that seems kinda odd to choose that over any level 5 that doesn't take half of your LP. Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Would Barokuriboh be useful at all? He searches basically the entire archetype with his Pendulum effect
The issue with Barokuribih is that it doesn't just have the downside of activating in the battle phase like Kuriboo. But it also has to be faceup on the field and remain faceup until the battle phase. A lot of decks these days can find at least 1 pop during their combos so I just don't really see this ever resolving.

Hmm, so my issue with playing it is that it really does take a lot of resources to make it not just die to your opponent normal summoning a monster and punching it, and even then sometimes they can just summon enough to make you detach enough to punch over it anyways. It works better in its archetype since the monsters in the deck buff the card further. But if you really want to play it you could probably cut the light charmer from the extra deck. It's not a bad card, it just has its issues.

I feel like kuribabylon is needed for twilight extension for when you don’t draw multiply. The deck lacks consistency and you need gas to do plays.
Wait I'm confused, why do you need it? If you could use both its summon effect and its split effect in the same turn then sure, it would be like 5 Star Twilight 4, 5, and 6... but sadly they made it only 1 effect per turn.... WHICH IS THE DUMBEST THING EVER. Imagine adding restrictions onto Kuriboh support, lol.
@@camerontheninja9592allure of darkness, downerd magician, Zeus, and access code are really good options to try. Unless you draw the three cards you need it’s really weak plays. But idk I’m just speculating cause I don’t go to tournaments. Maybe this is the best. Just giving suggestions from what I experience. Also avramax. Nvm I misread Babylon lol. You good

I mean, it can successfully be activated and resolved, but it doesn't really do anything for the deck.
I like to run number 13 and 31 in my kuriboh deck.
Yeah, I've seen that a couple times. It's fine for casual play, the issue is that on an actually competitive level, those two wouldn't work against most decks. They're still able to be banished, bounced, sent to the GY, shuffled into the deck, have their effects negated. I just couldn't justify using two extra decks slots on cards that would very rarely work out for me in a competitive scene.

And the deck focuses more on Link spam to fill bought extra monster zones or Link Topologic Co Link it eith Cerberus then ss Link kuriboh to bord wipe and still holding on to my Link monsters
Idk, aside from the fact that Proxy Dragon is a bad card, I still don't quite agree with the ED, in the competitive scene Kuriboh can't do enough to always break a board so it's still preferred to go first and try to set up some interruption. It's fine for playing with friends though.
@camerontheninja9592 I mean since ppl play Lava Golem nothing it's safe........Tribut Mask can fix that......And Topologic can prevent ur opponent from actually play sometimes good the link Kuriboh can be placed in bought extra monster zones to prevent ur opponent from link summoning and Griphin well besides link monsters ur opponent plays eith basic vanilla monsters until he/she gets read or it
@razielcroft-mo8ll I don't believe golem is seeing play rn, but even if everything said is accurate, you don't need multiples of everything.
@@camerontheninja9592 I guess we'll I don't really have anything to replace some cards with and we'll depend local mine has a wird thing with Solemn cards at 3......I mean some ppl will use Solemn cards until they can't.....so I chinda need the pieces at 2.....
