- Cecile Schreidah attended the Biological and Biomedical Science session at Yale Young Global Scholars in July 2019. She was a vlogger on the student communications team and filmed her experience.
Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) is an academic summer enrichment program for outstanding high school students from around the world. Each summer, students from over 100 countries participate in one of five interdisciplinary, 2-week sessions at Yale’s historic campus. Immerse yourself in a global learning community at Yale this summer.

My name is Vinit Yadav and I am from India. I got selected to YYGS 2022 IST program, but there is something that holds me from not taking admission, which is the tuition fee, even though I got a $1000 fee waiver but there is still that huge $2500 which my parents can't really afford. I want to ask what should I do now?

@@samiksha7899 u have to be around 16 in age (I don't remember exact range) . There is no requirement of SAT/ACT.

Dana Amin I received a lot of aid, and then I got the rest of the tuition from an outside scholarship! YYGS gives out a lot of aid though; I know several people who got full financial aid.

Dana Amin I live in the Midwest so I was eligible for the Joyce Ivy Foundation’s Scholarship program. Look this up if you’re from this area!
