Only you have to differentiate the numerator and denominator of function until remove indeterminate form like 0/0 etc. and put the limit
differentiate , substitute limit
Diffrentiate numerator and denominator alag alag and then substitute the limit
Until removing the indefinite form
Ma'am for your 4th question why can't we expand 2^x as ( 1+1 )^x.
