Awesome video. TRE still going strong. two F40phs, a new station under construction, and new improvement on the line. Also Im confused. They said one of the reason why they couldn't buy a brand new locomotive was because of the technology but Go Transit and Tri Rail have a mix of old and new locomotive and bi level vehicles in their fleet
@@railfangarrett6313 They're currently building another station near Richland hills named Trinity Lakes Station which is scheduled to open in March 2023. Station will have two side platforms and canopys similar to Victory Station. Once complete they will close down Richland Hills Station
Not to brag, I caught the two F40s come out of the progress rail shop on CSX L488 west then picked up by UP 6679 then took to the TRE shops for fitting. (Fun days 131 had a ebell before taken to TRE shops to be fitted with the steel one.)
@@North_Texas_Railfan well since we have strong planes here on earth idk about the planes but im sure its something about the planes or its just a small earthquake (am i alright yes or no)
@@texasmodelrailroader3572 Yeah, I rode on a car like that yesterday, and it was very shaky and uncomfortable. At least I didn't have to drive on the highway. :/
I have to say at this point my favorite Genesis engine on Amtrak is number 56 just because how distinctive it's foul of horn sounds really miss number 56 don't know why they're not using it rather instead they're using engine 69
Fun fact: Trinity Railway Express is one one the only commuter rails that still uses and still have F40PHs F59PHs and F59PHIs
Yep
10:13 killer k5 on 570!
What incredible trains they are. Great video.

0:12 nice
When was the clip at 3:28 recorded? I was at Union Station the day that AMTK 69 pulling the Texas Eagle came through.
March 16
6:06 you caught one of those rare 2-2 steam engines.
The ground was shaking, I don’t know if that’s normal.

@@North_Texas_Railfan some railcars have flat spots on some of their wheels and that's what makes that sound

It’s not fouled.
Oh don’t talk about 56. That K5LA is an unknown type though and it sounds just weird. I saw it with 172 in the back 2 years and yeah that’s it
You
