Caffeine Chia Kickin' Exfoliant Mask - Vitamix

I admit that I love being metro! I want to take the best care of my skin as possible. I want to reverse the damage that I bought onto myself by eating improper or adding things to my life that only hurt me.
Recipe:
1/4 Fresh Ground Espresso (Important to be fresh)
1/4 Chia Seeds
1/4 EVOO or EVCO (add 3T more if you want it to more liquidie)

I read a comment on another video saying you could cover the information you were trying to deliver in 30 secs. I was thinking nah this guy is way too cute and funny, a quick 30 sec info vid and you loose all that extra entertainment. You definitely proved that in this video.
