It's an addon, unsure if it's gonna be released. You can ask endo, he knows much more about it.
Can u do a sort of build battle and then test them in little challenges or fights when ur building a plane or something

dont know, they have been doing these kind of videos a lot lately, and in all of them atleast one thing was unavailable. i think they use some kind of addon that spawns convoys that isnt released yet
