This mechanism has been insisted to the company in many of its meetings at Courtalam and Alagarkovil etc. But this is not heard by Neomax..The company was fully concentrated in the mobilisation of cash alone from the public. No doubt that Till March 2023 this company has fulfilled it's commitment to the depositors....but not thought of field problems and legal issues... Now sec 5 A of TANPID is talked as a remedy to the depositors.. The depositors who want land may be given to them..The depositors who want money may be given to them. This may be the correct solution to the depositors to run their livelihood. This decision should be thought off by all the concerned and implemented as quickly as possible...

The court has to give special permission to Neomax to sell their immovable properties or land in order to settle the amount to investors.
