Edna Kiplagat is such an amazing woman. At the age of 37, after a decade of extremely competitive, world class running at the highest level, she won the Boston Marathon in 2017. She also has 3 adopted children, 2 of whom are her late sister's and one, from her neighbor who died in childbirth. Now, she's a policewoman in her hometown and works in empowering young girls and has a foundation that works to raise awareness for breast cancer and also works in garbage management in keeping a clean environment. What a beautiful person and role model!
I know im asking randomly but does any of you know a tool to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost the account password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
The main reason why Kenyan runners and other black athletes worldwide are so good in the least expensive sports is primarily a question of affordability. In other words it isn't expensive to get track shoes and become a world class runner, but to get golf equipment and join a country club and pay an astronomical amount yearly fees is way out of reach for most. How many in the minority like a Tiger Woods are world class athletes? The greatest track stars make the sign of the cross before and after a race raise their heads and point up to heaven in thanks giving after the finish.

bro Colm wasted no time giving himself credit for developing winners. Bro Colm doesn't have any scientific method to training them, not a physiologists. These runners are what they are mainly due to their genetics. But of course white man likes to take most of the credits.
Kalashnikov Cortez, your criticism of bro Colm is unjustified. Your cynicism is a problem only you can understand. You don't have to be a physiologist to be a successful athletic coach! Serena and her sister became and are still world beaters in Tennis but they were coached by their father who had no knowledge of coaching superstars.
Kalashnikov Cortez even only encouragement bro colm did is important for us Kenya, he has good heart. but for your comment you have heartless, w you were in Kenya what did you contributed?
