@@efeguneren740 Both are great devices! V3 is my favourite Viomi Robot..and Dreame D9 , for its first LDS release , it is a very mature device! Either way ..both models would bring you a good experience!

Hello, unfortunately not (yet)...
Im guessing it is not normal for the Dreame D9 to take 15 tries to dock. I have put the dock in different positions, given lots of space for the robot but he just cannot dock. Once or twice only after 6 tries but sometimes not at all. Anyone else has a similar problem?
That's strange..you don't have a mirror close to the dock? Like a mirror that reaches the ground or shiny silver legs from a table or chair..?
@@XiaomiGadgetsGuide nope tried from different corners of the room. Just cannot register the point where the two metal things connect or something. Pumps against the dock and backs off.
@@KenJKnight have you tried to check if contacts are clean..this is very strange
@@XiaomiGadgetsGuide mmm.. no.. it started acting like this straight out of the box. Like first try. I had to place it manually on the dock to charge and it did not charge. Took me like 10 tries to get it to start charging. I guess Ill have to return it to Amazon which is a huge pain as my country is far away from the closest Amazon.

Yes, I think that's the best solution to return) exchange it if nothing works.
Have you contacted Dreame? Also did you notice the latest Firmware update? Don't think it will solve the probkem but you can always try.
