I always liked how he gave Parvati props for her challenge prowess.
I mean...Lex gave Rob 'props' for his game and still voted emotionally.
@@MrBen51309 she earned that tho, parvati had me literally stunned on a few of those challenges
Oops replied to the wrong comment lol
A lot of people say they didn't like Rupert this season, but in my opinion, he redeemed himself with this speech. He admitted he was wrong and apologized to Sandra for abandoning her, and also gave credit where credit is due to Parvati.
Nuh he didn't redeem himself. He was screwing Sandra, his long time good friend and aligned with Russell and to Russell credit, he did vote for Sandra. Hey you made a deal with the devil, you got what you deserve. If anything to me, Rupert was the last person on the tribe to feel bitter over his elimination.
@@secrets.295 Don't call Rupert a dumbass, ever.
Wait what the f?
Who didn't like Rupert? I was rooting for him, the best hero player defo
@@secrets.295He initially didn’t want to work with Russell. All the heroes wanted to work with Russell!
The rock in the pocket move was legendary though.
Parvati says what I think alot of people don’t give her credit for and even hold/held against her. No one at the start of the game or at the start of merge wanted to work with Parvati. Russell did and she made lemonade out of lemons.
Thing is, nobody really cares about your pre-merge game. That's the way it's always been unless like your entire starting tribe is on the jury. In the case of the five Heroes on the jury, none of them saw what was going on in the Villains camp, so it was irrelevant.
Rupert’s strategy in this speech..
1- shred one person apart (russell)
2- give one a small compliment (parv)
3- give one a big compliment (sandra)
That goes to show just how bad a Survivor player Russell is and just how great a Survivor player Sandra is.

I appreciate Rupert and what an ambassador he has always been for survivor, and this speech really highlights the best parts about him. He paid attention to everyone’s answers, was blunt when he needed to be, what was not above praising Parvati’s gameplay despite him clearly showing he was gonna vote for Sandra, I can respect that type of jury speech, and boy is it a memorable one at that!
Honestly Rupert was voted out twice because he didn’t listen to Sandra when she tried to save him from trusting the snake.

I fucking love Rupert. He’s by far one of the most genuine and likeable people in the entire history of the show.
If you don’t love Rupert, you really don’t have a good grasp on Survivor. That man made legendary moves. From stealing the shoes on pearl islands to giving his wife his spot on the first day. The guy was a class act all the way around the horn.

@@JudeMarchisio absolutely, Rupert was the man. I stand firm in that statement.
Apart from that season where he screamed and threatened to kill that dude.

The rock in the pocket in Heros vs Villains was my favorite move. He couldn't find an idol so he stuck a rock in his pocket and Russell was like, "I know what they look like in a pocket and he has it."
Parvati herself said she would have voted for Sandra, plus she constantly said Sandra would win again if she made it to the end. So regardless of who people think deserved it more out of the last 4, Parvati still believed Sandra deserved it.
Yes and Parvati tried to warn Russel to get Sandra out instead of Jerri. No Offense cuz Jerri did play well but she stood no chance in the final three.
@@mitjamackenzie5365 if Jerri had been sitting there instead of Sandra, Parvati wins. There was no way Russell could have won.

Jerri beats Parvati and Russell very easily. Sandra vs Jerri would have been very close probably 5-4.
In a Season called Heros vs Villains I was surprised these guys we're so unhappy with the villain Russell😂
They were defeated so badly by Russell that all they could do were complain like resentful children.
Why should they be happy? He literally alienated the entire jury

@@ElectrikkPaperClipxx OMG I READ PART 2 JUST TODAY 😂 it had me rolling
Well, wouldn't you be unhappy with a fucktard?
I think Rupert would have voted for Parvati in a Jerri/Russell/Parvati Tribal council
Possibly, but I believe viewers never give Jerri's game this season enough credit. There was a reason Parv and Russell didn't want her to go to the end. Just go back and listen to what Colby and Parv say about Jerri heading toward the finale. Her social game was on point.
It's also hard to say without hearing what Jerri would say, and what the jury would ask of her.
there's an interview saying that heroes are voting Jerri if Sandra's not in the final 3. So lose lose situation for Russell and Parvati.
@@geraldreodava9713 Rupert hated Jerri so much from the shelter drama in All Stars, there is even a challenge when he physically pushed her hard. He wanted to eliminate her during the merge. Look how much he praised Parv for her challenges performances. He definetely voted for parvati without Sandra.
@@charlestoti2252 I think those statements are pushing it.
Rupert didn't "hate" Jerri.
First of all, the shelter debacle in All Stars was HIS fault, not hers. He has openly admitted to that himself.
Second off all, shoving her in the challenge was an accident, and he instantly started apologizing for it.
Third of all, Rupert and the other Heroes didn't vote for Jerri at the merge because they hated her. It was because they felt she was the least likely one to have an idol, and they were trying to play it safe that round.
Not anywhere near likely. Go look up the stories about HvV (especially Sandra's interview with Rob C. on RHAP) and read up on how after J.T. was voted off, Russell and Parvati started sitting by the fire for HOURS, reading J.T.'s letter to each other and laughing out loud, all within earshot of the Heroes. Yeah, it was a bad move, but there comes a point where constantly mocking an opponents' move like that in the open starts being too much. That is terrible social gameplay (basically being a-holes just because they can), and does nothing more than poison your reputation in the minds of the people you intend to hand-pick to be your jury. Both Russell AND Parvati lost any chance to get any Hero votes by doing this.
Honestly, I'm not surprised that neither Russell OR Parvati got any Hero votes. In fact, I think the moment Russell's dumb troll ass decided to vote Danielle out, he and Parvati both had the game lost by default. Literally, their only chance was to hope the Jury disrespected Danielle for being a cowardly coattail rider enough to vote either Russell or Parvati. But if the Heroes on the Jury had an option of choosing a non-Russell alliance player who managed to survive the Russell and Parvati reign of terror to make the final 3, they were going to do it.
Here's the scenarios for all possible Russ/Parv combos of the final 6, and my take on how they go down:
Russ/Parv/Rupert - With all the hero votes, AND Sandra (who also loved Rupert), Rupert wins at least 5-4-0. If Courtney votes with Sandra (which I think she would pretty much regardless of any scenario), he wins 6-3-0.
Russ/Parv/Colby - With all the hero votes, AND Sandra (who was neutral to Colby, but hated Russ/Parv with a passion), Colby wins at least 5-4-0. If Courtney votes with Sandra, it's 6-3-0.
Russ/Parv/Jerri - With all the hero votes, AND Sandra (who didn't necessarily like Jerri, but hated Russ/Parv with a passion), Jerri wins at least 5-4-0. If Courtney votes with Sandra, she wins 6-3-0.
And we already know that Sandra won 6-3-0.
Notice how identical all those scenarios are. The Heroes + Sandra/Courtney had so much personal resentment for Russ/Parv that they basically would have voted as a majority block for ANY of the other 4 options. Neither Russ or Parv had a chance to win the game with any of the players they brought to the final 6.
Here's the only scenario either of them might win:
Russ/Parv/Dani - Parv gets Coach, Jerri, maybe Amanda, and maybe Rupert. Danielle gets Sandra, and maybe Courtney. J.T. and Candice might go either Dani or Parv (likely Dani if we go by the stories of the reading of the letters and laughing by the fire), but they damn sure doesn't go Russell. Either Parv wins it with J.T. and/or Candice votes, or it's a 4-4 tie with Colby as the swing vote. If Colby goes either Parv/Dani, they win the game. If Colby goes Russell for whatever reason, Russell breaks the tie, and he votes Parv (since he respected her more than he ever did Dani).
You can feel the hate he has for Russell
He hates him more than Fairplay
Rupert says russell took the easy way to get to the end which in a way i agree but i mostly disagree because you also have to pull off moves by being manipulative.
Yet people pull off big moves on Survivor without being an ass like Russell.
You don’t. Simply saying we should take out xyz and changing targets to people you owe no loyalty to is a move in itself.
I mean Russell didn't deserve to win but he easily could've road the Boston Rob wave with Tyson and Coach but he decided to fight it out in the minority alliance at 6-3. And being one step ahead of snadra with the heroes. Russell's path there was not easy.
which part is easy though?
As much as I love Russell holy shit Rupert teared him to shreds.
That's what you get for calling him a D-U-M-B-A-S-S with all ears and eyes present.
Every Jury speechs from HVV are goods, if you can upload all of them, it would be awesome, like your vids
So first they all said to Parv "you were aligned with Russell shame on you"
Second no one wanted to play with her 🤣
She was supposed to just be voted out ? Come on, they were all against Parv and she totally destroys them. As long as i love Sandra, she is so good too, the million was for Parv.
Russell, good player too but social aspect is everything in this game.
Parvati's social game was nearly as bad as Russell's. She could have, you know, tried to win people over to her side instead of just ignoring them. But that isn't really the way that Parvati likes to play, and it's a real weakness. Also, if she just tells Russell about her idol at any point before she played it, he wouldn't have turned on her and voted out Danielle. Parvati lost. Get over it.
@@bigbuffguy9589 everybody knows parvati or russel deserved that win. they both controlled the game throughout the entire season & parvati outplayed sandra by far phycially and strategically. & they literally brought sandra to end because she wasn’t a threat in any aspect. you just can’t do anything about a bitter jury. plus u can tell amanda and candace were still hurt over micronesia
@@bankrollkev7796 There is so much wrong with your statement it's amazing.
First of all, Candice never played in Micronesia. So her being bitter over Micronesia is not just wrong, it's illogical.
Second, Sandra WAS a threat in a VERY important aspect. Actually, it's the MOST important aspect of ALL, given that the people who you vote out are the ones who vote for you to get the win: the SOCIAL one. Sandra was basically the Heroes' best friend and most tolerated companion in camp all game. In fact, Parvati HERSELF didn't want Sandra anywhere near the final 3, and wanted to vote her out at the final 4, precisely because of this. Sandra tried ALL game to get the Heroes to come together and vote out Russell, but she had J.T. and Candice's dumb asses to deal with, so it never came together. While the move never happened, it did build up trust and goodwill with the Heroes who eventually went to the jury.
Contrast to that, Russell basically spent 3 days bullying Danielle (one of his ALLIES) to the point that he had her in TEARS in Tribal Council, all for players and the Jury to see. He treated her like a piece of trash for no logical reason, then sent her crying to the jury. That move alone should have disqualified Russell from any claim that he should have won that game.
And here's the most important thing you may have forgotten about: Russell and Parvati were both stupid enough to start reading J.T.'s letter aloud and laughing about it to each other by the fire for hours at a time after his boot, where the Heroes all had to listen to them day after day. That was over the line and made things personal. And it was entirely unnecessary. You don't poison your reputation to people by treating them like crap and laughing at them all day. That will never make a jury respect you, as a player or as a person.
Neither Parvati OR Russell deserved that win. The utter abortions they tried to pass off as social games, and the constant mistakes they made in that area, sunk any claims they ever had to win that game.
@@bigbuffguy9589 It's even worse than that. Go read up on the interviews from HvV, and especially about the stories which say that after J.T. got voted out, Russell and Parvati started spending hours by the fire reading J.T. letter aloud to each other and laughing about it, all in the open where the Heroes could all hear them. That alone should tell you why none of them got any Hero votes. They started mocking the Heroes and treating them like crap openly. How anyone can say either Russell or Parvati should have gotten a single Hero vote (in a non-Danielle final 3) is beyond me.
Russell and Parvati lost HvV, and more than deservedly so. Why people have never accepted that, let alone gotten over that, is beyond me.
@@oscarmanuelchoy9051 your clearly just as emotional as the jury lmao as a jury member you should base your vote off gameplay not emotions. like i said sandra didn’t do anything the entire season to deserve the win. all she did was sit on her ass and play both sides & vote how she was told. russel and parvati could’ve gotten rid of her along wit everyone else. she got carried to the end. it’s not parvati fault nobody wanted to align wit her since day 1. she played the cards she was dealt and STILL took over the game along wit russel
Russell deserved to lose when he chose to vote out Jerri over Parvati because that showed Jerri and everyone else who was actually in control. If Russell had backstabbed Parvati it might have impressed the jury enough to vote for him.
I don't think it would have worked regardlesss. The jury HATED him to such levels

It's a role and he clearly knew how to play it.

I don’t get it but I like it 🙃
I love sandra but i would rather have parvati or jerri winning this season
Frog Boi Parv absolutely deserved the win. She played an epic game, sadly bitter jurors held it against her being in an alliance with Russell.
Sandra won because the heroes all voted for her.
That was really dumb gameplay of Parv and Russell to just let the outsider of their tribe dish out all their dirty secrets, and not do anything about it. Even if Sandra wasn't successful in turning the tables on them (mostly due to the Heroes own incompetence) they just let her scoop up all their sympathy.
Not very bright.
@@otpyg13 I don't even think the jurors were that bitter. Parv didn't even try to change the perception of her to the Heroes on their way out. She acted way too cocky.
Hearing the way Colby was talking about Jerri towards the end, even Jerri played a better social game than her.
Fun Fact: The only player in HvV who actually placed better than in their previous seasons was Jerri.
Well you have to remember 5/9 jurors were Heroes so if Parvati is part of every scheme to get rid of the Heroes and does it in a cocky way, that's not very good jury management. Nick Wilson eliminated a lot of Goliaths that ended up on the Jury but he wasn't cocky or cold about it, and most of them ended up voting for him to win. The key to playing survivor is playing strategic but not playing cruel.
And everyone thinks Russell is the greatest. Sad. If the jury hates you, you are not good at the game. Backstabbing and betraying someone is one thing, but flat out deceit and belittling is another thing
He cared only about stealing the chickens. He flat-out never bothered thinking about the need to get out of the burning barn.
@@AllRequired exactly, and I don’t know how more people can’t see that
If Michele is in the final three of WaW, I feel like she can play the Sandra card because she tried to get them on her side. It is her best chance at beating Tony.
The only problem with that is Tony is infinatly more likable and less condescending than Russell. It's easier for people to respect Tony's game than it is Russell, because even though he has blindsided and backstabbed people, he hasn't done it in a way that makes it personal.
Same goes for Sarah, to a lesser extent.

This speech demonstrates just how great of a Survivor player Sandra really is and just how bad of a Survivor player Russell really is.
The only reason Sandra won is because they're all bitter at Russel and Parvati and they're the least bitter with Sandra. How can you call Sandra a great survivor player based on this season when right from the very beginning till the last episodes, he was targeting Russel and he failed at that. Russel and Parvati made plans and targeted people and they were successful.

@@darrylwolfe7359 Very simple. Sandra understood exactly what Parvati and Russell _should_ have understood: the back end of the truck exists.
Survivor is an experiment in personality management, relationship management, jury management. It is the very definition of the legal concept of the Petitioner (Russell) and the Respondent (Rupert). This end game is a reminder of how important they are to the journey and ultimately the destination. They get to decide which petition to sign, and you want to make sure they choose yours over the other person on this final night.

If the heroes believed Sandra and took Russell out, Sandra wouldn't win and probably won't even make to top 3. We'll probably have either a Parvati or Colby winner.
Sandra had stated that she didn't care if she had won. At that point her main goal was to get Russell out to avenged alliance!
Parvati played a great game but she needed Danielle or Jerri in the Final 3 with Russell in order to win.
Russell was such a worm
Parv and Russell lost to Sandra because Sandra played with the social aspect and strategy which you need against a jury, Parv and Russell however were assholes to everyone and burned all their bridges.
Finally someone that gets it
Parv lost to Sandra. Russell wasn't even in contention
Sandra had it easy. It’s very easy to have a good social game when your being carried to the end and don’t have to get your hands dirty. And the only strategic thing she did was get out Coach, other than that, no strategy whatsoever. She was also lazy in challenges and sometimes didn’t even try. We all know why Sandra won, but the fact of the matter is that she doesn’t deserve it. She had a very easy game. But thats ok, because at the end of the day, she still won. Yes, there is.
If it hadn't been for Natalie White being on the tribe he was, he would have been the very first one out. She was the only member of the tribe that didn't advocate for getting rid of him.
He was also the very first returning Survivor player whose game the others hadn't had the chance to see. It took them a while to figure out precisely what Natalie understood immediately: no one liked him and therefore no one would vote for him.

What do you mean there is? That Russel took the easy way out? By what means?? By letting Natalie save him? Really? So youre saying Russel just sat there and let Natalie do all the work by convincing people not to vote for him? Seriously? Did you not witness all the moves Russel did? The whole season was like a movie about him cuz most of the time the show was highlighting his moves. Plus do you honestly think Natalie will make it to the finale without Russel's help?
If you really believe that nobody in Heroes vs Villains understood Russel, then you're an amateur. Thats like the season of the best players in survivor and you think nobody understood Russel? Right from the very beggining, they already knew that Russel was a threat and has a shitty attitude. And even though that was the case, Russel still managed to reach the finale. Again, theres nothing easy about that. He made the best strategic moves and deserved the sole survivor. If not him, it shouldve been Parvati. But again just like Samoa, the jury was bitter.

Nobody knows how this game works. Ok, Russel did lie in the game and he turned his back on people because you aren’t going to get to the final 3 without doing that and Sandra did nothing at all she was useless in challenges. Russel should have won!!
exactly
Woah what do you mean Sandra did nothing. She did a lot of manipulating under the radar. She manipulated Russel into believing she wasn't a threat causing him to bring her to final 3. We saw how that worked out. Yes Russel lied, but that wasn't his problem. Lots of people lie and still win the game. His problem was that he had no social skills and never made connections with the jury. All he knew how to do was strategize, while Parvati and Sandra knew how to do both.
Sounds like you’re the one who doesn’t understand how the game works. Russell didn’t lose because he lied, he lost for treating the people voting for the winner like garbage.

Being butthurt or getting your wittle feewings hurt shouldn’t affect your vote. Based on the merits of how survivor is played, the integrity of your vote rests on whether or not you give it to the person who did the MOST to outwit, outplay & outlast.

Eliminating the competition is easy.
But it's getting their votes that counts.
Sandra got this simple point; Russell dismissed it.
Poverti was a good survivor player & I wasn't fan of hers. I liked Russell in his 1st season but his lying got old fast. Rupert I'm a fan of but he played awful in Heroes vs Villains he was better his 1st season when he took the other tribes stuff.
Parvati proved she can play well...since she did win in Fan vs Favorites. Lots of castaways wanted her out because of how good she was...and even assumed another all girls alliance was forming due to what happened in her season. She did what she had to stay in the game...even though she also gradually grow to dislike Russell as well...as seen when they burn Russell's hat.
IT’S PARVATI, Jason!!
Parvati was so robbed
Should’ve cut the cord to Russell tbh
She should have had a better relationship with the heroes if she wanted to win. Or not hide her idol from Russell.
That's the problem Parvati.
You know, I have looked up to your "social skills" (albeit it involves mostly flirting with hunky guys). You missed the mark Parvati. You said you did not have any choice. That it was 7 against 1. There is a choice. Think of another strategy to flip the tables. Winners do not make excuses Parvati.
It is not as if Sandra was doing so much better. She had one alliance: Courtney. But did that stopped and discouraged her to fight? No. You did align yourself with Russell but you did not keep him on a leash. He controlled you and one of the worst spots to be in the final tribal is for you to be just riding on someone else's coattails.
You know this. This was exhibited by those guys who you eliminated in Survivor Micronesia. Back then you were stirring the ship. That is why you won there.
I am just sorry you did not win this one. Russell sank you.
Samdra did not have on alliance she aligned with Boston Rob who was latet voted out
Her biggest mistake was actually that second hidden immunity idol. Keeping him in the dark about it was one thing, but she effectively tugged him around by the nutsack. Against someone with Russell's personality (just take a look at his reaction for proof), that's the equivalent of stuffing the cabin with explosives, building a powder trail, dousing kerosene on the very same trail, and taking a freshly-refilled blowtorch to the gunpowder.
