If driving slow like in video I would use low gear. Better on your belt. Also look up cooling fan bypass, well worth the investment. Under 25 mph it is really nice to keep engine cooler.
cool video. Any reliability concerns with this unit? I'm considering the outlander 850's/1000's or sportsman 850/1000's. Thanks! new sub here 😎 What made you get the outlander vs everything else out there? edit: awesome underbelly cam footage. I've literally never seen that on an ATV video and I've watched wayy to many videos doing this purchasing research!
I'm getting older know 55 and its still fun getting out riding atv and stuff I might not ride as hard or as far but it's still a blast! Dont stop doing what you love just because of your age enjoy it until the end.
Looks like it was fun. Stay safe, be careful, take it easy and keep warm and dry
Nice to see Ol kapper get out an enjoy that can am! That’s awesome buddy.
Nice tour of the land, nice Can Am
Every day is a helmet kinda day! Awsome rig, hoping to pick same one up this week🤙🏻
Right on! Best of luck! I really enjoy that Can Am!
Really nice quad!
Nice machine 👍🏻🇺🇸
Nice machine! Fun ride!
Nice machine but feel that the electronics is taking over from the man an machine feeling 🤔👍
There is a bit of that going on, but I really don't mind it.

Do you like your can am atv 2023 850
Whatever happened to the VRBO cabin?
Its moving... Very, very, painfully slow...
Nearly a year later. How's it holding up?
No issues whatsoever, but have not put a ton of miles on it. Mostly use it for working on the farms and land!
Two comments---no cab--no windshield equals limb in the face. smh Also, that sure is one lush green food plot this spring!!! Nice....
Sounds like the engine is tapping.
I have not heard that unless you mean maxing out, which is definitely not happening.
I heard it along the 2:30 mark while idling. Could Just be me.
@@backspace4093 was I supposed to add oil? lol, I hope it's not the lifter tap already! I'll listen for it next time, thanks.
@@kapperoutdoors Ha That may be Just the way the rotax sounds. I’m on the fence whether to buy the 850 outlander or the Yamaha 700 grizzly.
They all sound like that
I have a feeling that riding these would be a lot more fun if I was younger. 😒

@@riverrunner4958 I never thought I'd say "I wish I was 55 again", but here we are. The bumps are jarring for these old bones.
@dustdevl get a sxs. Much nicer on the body. I know it's driving and not riding but it gets you out there.
