This will be great for locating people trapped under the rubble of earthquakes or other natural disasters. If their phone doesn't have the technology within it that could be turned on during that disaster than having the chips like the key Rings could also work

It'll be cracked either within a month, making it useless. Or in 10 years with wide ranging consequences once widely adopted. Imagine having your identity stolen (or just your phone), giving the their access to EVERYTHING.
Not to mention the privacy problems. Alexa (just to mention one) will know exactly where I am in my house so Amazon (jusy to cite one company) can do God knows what if that information. And, of course, we have the government...

For such a big company like Samsung, they can't even get a CTO who can speak English/Korean fluently.
Create your own company, then you can hire whoever you want.
