Found the Transmission on FB Market Place. Drove about 4 hrs to pick it up. Came as at "kit" and paid $1k. Included trans, linkage, used dual mass flywheel, used clutch, pressure plate, driveshaft, pedal assembly, and transmission mount, exhaust gaskets. I spent a little over $2k but i also chose to not use the used clutch, flywheel and pressure plate. I also replaced the rear main seal, guibo, shit knob, shift boot, diff and transmission oil, front and rear transmission input and output shaft seals, shifter bushings. I also paid $250 to a shop to code the car as my K+Dcan Cables were not working and i couldnt connect to the car. I recently sold the transmission for $400 so my net costs was around $1600. I would have been less than than becuase the Dual mass flywheel and new clutch was over $500 alone.

hey, do you know what car your manual transmission came from? i have a 2000 528i with the GM, and i dont know if a 2002 525i getrag 250g would fit. i found a donor 525i with blown engine for a good price, transmission is perfect condition but i’m not sure if it will fit
