    Thank you Professor.
I am currently studying business management and the Entrepreneurship book does not explain break even analysis very well, their formula included the profit margin straight from the beginning leading to overwhelming complexity in that example, this explanation was a great help.

Hi Professor, great video with very understandable explanation. Thanks.
May I ask a few questions as I don’t have any accounting background or administration.
If I’m in distribution business and I have a various product type over 300+ per unit, import from oversea supplier, what would be my Variable and Fixed?
Can I take Variable Cost as my buying price from supplier? And Fixed Cost as those shipping cost, transportation and labor, etc etc. Is Fixed cost include also overhead? In this case, does the Fixed cost become like a local expenses?
Is there any scenario that the Fixed cost may consider as zero?
Thank you and appreciate for your kind support.
