Customize boot up logo for Moto Wireless Apple Portable Carplay Screen Android Auto

Tools Needed:
1: USB flash drive (FAT32, Maximum 32GB )
2: Screw driver&Mini USB converter (Both of them were included in the packing list)
Instructions:
1: Prepare a picture, jpg format, size 1024x768, name it logo.jpg
2: Put logo.jpg and ISPBOOOT.bin together into USB flash drive root directory (Don't put them into any folder)
3: Plug the USB flash drive into C5 pro mini USB port while the unit is working, the system will load your logo automatically and reboot.

Hello, didn't work for me. System reads the picture but as a file not as boot up picture. I tried updating it several times without any result.
If you do all the right moves, then your firmware it's not compatible with this files.
Do you know how to fix the screen resolution on Android Auto?
When starting the device, I notice that everything is ok (the circle is a circle), however, when I enter Android Auto mode, everything is slightly flattened laterally (the circle is slightly oval), and there is no setting to correct the resolution.

Is usb empty and without folders? Only the 2 files inside, nothing else.
Try to remove memory card (if you have) and after plugging the usb stick. Because if you have inside memory card, the system reading only her and no the USB stick.
If nothing from the above working, then you have different firmware version.

Or maybe for your device need to try another resolution for example 1024 x 600.

I don't know where you find this file from another source, because I take it from a friend.
Maybe your problem is the firmware of your device.

@@MorcegolasMc i don't know if we have same model and same firmware. probably not and for this reason did not accept it and blocked.
mine has a very small hole on the side that you press with a pin and it resets.
