We changed hardware as needed. We've been getting everything from shoup for quite a few years. Seems to hold up better and there's a lot less expensive than the dealers. No surprise the kuhn belt, they've made JD disc mowers from the beginning.. I don't know about the new ones though. Take care Ron!
I was pretty impressed with Shoup after I started looking thru their website to discover what all they can supply parts for. Overall, I've been happy with the disc mower. It may look a little rough but, it seems to do a great job knocking down the hay still. Thanks for stopping by.
Check those gear boxes for sure! I've seen the bearings go out, then the turtles get out of time, and then you have a project.
