This is amazing! I am so glad I came across this channel. This is exactly the type of battle report I am looking for. Small friendly games that are full of character and rich with story. And I am so glad that you show all the dice rolls and even state what you need before you roll them. It makes it much easier to keep up with the game. I have nothing against huge 2000+ point games but I much prefer these smaller ones for the reasons I stated. I cannot thank you enough for this superb content. Good report as always! Some advices for the guard: 1. In psychic awakening guard got a lot of new stratagems. In your first turn you could use Full Auto (if Leman Russ targets a vehicle, he get max shots from the main gun, without rolling), it would definitely finished the ATV, and also would save his order to give Strike and Shroud! smokescreening from enemy. Also, there is Relentless stratagem to use vehicle top bracket, no matter how it hurt (all those 3+ was painful to watch))) 2. Guardsmen and Russes are guard backbone, but to make army more flexible and interesting you should try to field some other units, scions or sentinels mb? 3. Octarius book are coming up and there are a whole bunch of rules for the cadians! Check it out and show this boys in blue that Cadia still stands!

Another great battle report, that was a heavy defeat for the guard there, I guess they are quite a complex army to play with all the different orders. Looks like some others in the comments have given some advice on different tactics to use already, maybe we will get to see some of them in action next time they are out 👍 Looks like they could do with a bit more firepower from the troops or a sentinel or something to try and cut through that armour, those lasguns just ping off it don’t they 😂 Fantastic work as usual guys, wishing you all the best

Mmm you should check the points, but you definitely need something that does high damage. the ATV is the only unit on this list that can do sustained damage to vehicles or monsters. If you want to keep the same list, maybe a land speeder or something that has high damage and only costs around 85 points.
😊 The story of this battle went beautifully with the introduction and ending, both of you guys played the part perfectly. I had a bad feeling too 😂 but I got to say the Cadians didn’t make it easy for the undefeated Ultramarines. The Silver Hounds did really amazing but my favorite squad is still the Diehards and I know you are not very found of them but they remind me of die hard Bruce Willis that always escapes death. If you think about it the Diehards were the only ones that damaged the Hive Tyrant on the first battle wille the others were just…target practice and food, against Necrons they killed 1 immortal and didn’t get wiped out wille the others killed 1 warrior and got wiped out and against the Orcs they did more damage than the others and on this one they prevented points from being taken even going against the bikes…I like the other squads 1000% but the Diehards is 1.5k %. If I had to name the outriders I would had called them the Blue Ghostriders based on past battles, very hard to catch and very deadly. Love those bikes, I was ok when Claudio lost to them. My favorite part was when you were asking not to hit you that hard 😂😂😂 the 2 of you are AWESOME on your comments!! 😂😂😂 Maybe next time those 2 teams fight each other could be for practice purposes but this story was perfect. Great job to the one that came up with this story, your battles just gets better and better!!! 😊😊😊

I love rewatching your battles, what a easter egg!!! Reginald shows up and kicked Faustus out of the tank!! I can’t believe I missed it the first time!! 😁😆 That would explain all the misses, he is an ultramarine but that tank was hard to aim but he did his best to help Claudio. I’m glad he showed up. 😁 Great surprise!! 😊👍🏻👍🏻 OR Reginald was visiting Claudio (because they both are Simone’s friends so they know each other) and when the Ultramarines arrived Faustus was in another location so Reginald took control of the tank? Only you know Simone, I’m just glad that they worked together. Was it planned or an happy coincidence that it happened that way? Either way I liked it! A duel would had been fun between Claudio and Reginald but seeing them work together was better! 😁👌🏻

Maybe try to fit some vox casters in to the squads to get more out of orders which could help them out but other than that i love the battle reports keep up the good work👍
I play with my friend 1000 point games orks vs space marines. At that point orks are imbalanced as space marines have troubles to kill T5 orks and goff boyz with +1 do hit from warboss aura during waaagh obliterates his space marines. I kind off don't know how to balance the game with models I have (I should buy gretchin unit :D) but next game we will try 1500 points. Bigger board should give adventage to space marines. As always great report! No idea for unit name :x
es, the fewer points the list has, the more difficult it is for it to be balanced. In 2000 points you have the possibility to insert various types of units with different utilities, in 100-500 points you have what you have :V Thanks! ^^
