You know I do actually see that one on sale a lot. I think Its cause it didn't sell as much compared to other Nintendo titles on switch. But I'm not really sure on that.
UA-cam's algorithm said, "hey let me give you this." I start watching... great video, good story telling. Then I click out imagining to be watching a channel with 50k+ subs, and it's only 500! Keep up the great work.
Doing quick math, $70 is a steal compared to what $60 is. The gaming market has grown a lot sure but at this point its diminishing returns, and the cost and time of developing games has increased dramatically. Just accounting for inflation alone, $60 back in 2006 when the standard really was set is now equal to $90. I'd say $70 is a good update without making games ridiculously expensive.
I think if games strictly become 70$ I might have to actually play my backlog while I wait for the prices to go down😅
That’s what I’ve started doing! I finally beat yakuza recently and it’s was amazing but it’s like 60 hours long 😵💫

As a Canadian games usual cost 80$, 90$ with taxes.

Thank You!
Making these things is pretty tough especially when the views are so low.
But comments like this are amazing at helping me stay motivated!

These are AAA titles with tens of hours worth of content. Beautiful graphics, and $70 seems too much?
gamers: $70 for a game is too much!!
also gamers: casually dropping $200 on apex heirlooms 🤓
