From what I know only some cheats can be used from the beginning. Others are unlocked with certain achievements or newspapers that you have to buy in different towns. If you miss the chance to buy a newspaper I don’t think you can go back and get it but they update after certain missions.
Can’t use cheat codes on Xbox 360
I have a PS4 and none of the cheat codes work. What am I doing wrong?

@@anthonymuir7218 I never use the cheat codes myself, just uncovering stuff for others if it looks interesting
