- Conduit is a fun mod for Skyrim but one of the best Skyrim VR mods on the mod nexus. I've been modding Skyrim VR for years and can't believe I slept on conduit. Combined with VRIK and HIGGS, conduit has changed combat in Skyrim VR for me. Spellsword actually means something now. This is truly the golden age for Elder Scrolls fans. And I discovered this... while playing through the weiredest mod of all time. Moonpath to Elsweyr was a mistake but conduit was definitely not, and now here we are. MOD LIST AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DESCRIPTION. Don't ask me how to install conduit because you have to mod in SKSE, SKY UI, VRIK and HIGGS first...

Yes, the talking "Sabertooth tigers" are cannon, they are Khajit in fact! There are various levels of mix between cats and men who are all khajit and are all sapient! Perhaps your own cat is a khajit!

I’m saying that it might not even count as beastiality as, assuming Cats and Humans are able to produce fertile and vital offspring, by the biological definition of speciation, Humans and Cats would be the same species in the Elder Scrolls universe.

Play as an Argonian and swim underwater without needing to resurface. It's surprisingly tranquil on a flat screen. I imagine it's an even better experience in VR.
I still want to see a Blade and Sorcery-style melee combat mod for Skyrim. Being able to just wiggle my wrist and kill enemies is kinda dull after finding B&S.

That is literally my dream vr game, at least for now. I feel like there will be even better vr games in the future anyway

I recommend the mod "3D Casting FX - Fire and Frost Hand FX Replacer" to make fire spells look good in your hand, instead of the crappy flat gif in vanilla.

The way you grab the sword and transfer the power to it is cool as hell, hopefully B&S could implement that as opposed to only being able to do it via element ball
As many others have said, yes! The talking sabertooths are in-fact canon. They're not even the weirdest variants of Khajiit, either!! Depending on the phases of the moon, you can get the Khajiit from Skyrim, human-like feet and all, the Khajiit from Morrowind, with a completely different leg structure or a literal house cat that talks. Hell, apart from the first and second games, you've never actually played as the same subrace, when picking a Khajiit!
Hell, the first two games [all the way back in 1994-96] featured Khajiit that looked completely human, but with cat ears. These are still canon.
Conduit looks pretty cool, i'll give it a shot. Also, I HIGHLY! recommend Spell wheel and navigate vr. Spell wheel, with the vrik/higgs holsters basicaly had the side effect of me very rarely opening a menu. Navigate vr combined with a fully disabled world map made for one of the most immersive exploration experience I ever achieved.. I got lost... a lot... there's is no words to explain the feeling of being in the middle of a dense forest and looking for a the throat of the world, a river, a landmark, anything that could tell you where you are so you can point that compass in the right direction. I suggest you also add better quest objectives tho if you wanna try it, not having acess to map markers makes finding the objectives a bit of a pain with those vague unhelpful quest descriptions.

I bought my first true VR headset a few weeks ago and I have had a blast playing all these VR games. Thank you for getting me into this wild ride that is virtual reality, I will never forget these experiences that I’ve had. Perhaps matchmaking will bless me and I will see you in Pavlov some time (expect me to probably fall over or bang my foot on something though).

Spell siphon works great for vr too. It's also handy having everything with two spells
As soon as I heard you say "RP as a spellsword" I kinda had a meltdown because that is what I do in every elder scrolls game because spellswords are my favourite brand of wizard
skyrim is really the modders sandbox, i could see this becoming the most sophisticated vr game with time.
Seriously the only thing, what keeps me from living in Skyrim VR is my damn motion sickness. After a long fight or a long walk i just need to stop. But still. The amount of realism and fun you can have in VR is crazy. And how many mods are working. I wish Fallout VR would run that stable. Thank you so much for your content. Keep it up.

The "sabertooth" talking is Canon because it not a sabertooth but rather a form of Khajit mentioned in the lore. There are also house pet looking Khajits as well

There is currently a physical weapons mod being made that makes weapons move enemies arms and legs about as well as giving npcs IK. Its the final piece in the puzzle.

You can also use it on Bound Weapons and with VR Throw Weapons.
So you can summon a sword, use a spell on it and then throw the sword.

Yeah Khajit come in all shapes and sizes. Some are like small house cats, some are massive saber looking ones like the ones in the video, and some actually look like normal people.
And the neat thing is, their type is completely dependent on the phase of the moon when they’re born. So a small kitty khajit can give birth to a cub that will grow into the size of a horse, or one that would look almost like a human infant.
At this point you're just turning skyrim into blade and sorcery.
Skyrim VR is slowly become Blade & Sorcery.
Moonpath was NOT a mistake. It's perfect.
Hey Habie, in case you didn't know about this already: the Skyrim total conversion Enderal is fully playable in VR. It has some minor rough edges, but with your modding experience, that shouldn't be a problem. It's my favorite VR game hands down. Probably not something for Twitch or the channel, since it's very main story focussed, but thought I'd shout it out regardless :)
(Oh, and while I'm at it, Outer Wilds also has a fantastic VR mod!)

About the canon of Khajiit, depending on the phases of the multiple moons, khajiit can be more or less cat. Some can appear as housecats, some can look almost like wood elves with tails, the big-cat ones might allow others to ride them into battle.

Habie needs to check out that one WIP mod from the dude who made VRIK. It adds realtime physics, meaning when you hit someone with a sword, they'll react accordingly. You can also pet dogs!!!
