The legislation he's refering to is called the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act (UAPDA) as an amendment to this year's National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The bill is co-sponsored by the majority leader Senator Schumer (Dem) and Senator Rounds (Rep), you can look up the proposed amendment right now
To add to this, Schumer wrote the bill and used the term “non human intelligence” over 20 times and painstakingly defined that that meant. Lockheed Martin has possession of the craft. They want to be able to patent it. That’s where the resistance to this bill comes from.

They need legislation to protect them from lawsuits before disclosure.

Ronnie did a great job on this interview. I don't think Jon would do it, nor should he, because not enough people know about this yet and he will just take a lot of heat for being "crazy" and pushing a crazy agenda. @@Android.Paranormal ADHD meds have been very difficult to get for the last couple years. The solution offered by pharmacists and doctors was to call your representative. That doesn't work. Not only did calls do nothing, the DEA announce earlier this year that they aren't even going to consider raising production until December of 2025. All because some house wives and college kids abused it, I can't get treated for a very well understood disability with a very well understood, safe, and cheap medicine.
My point is, if the medical treatment for several million people in our country doesn't make anyone care in congress, I doubt asking about aliens is going to have much success. Nonetheless, I hope you succeed.

@@user-pq7jj3vs3e To be abundantly clear, the UAPDA as written would provide the legal mechanism for the nine-person Senate-approved civilian review panel to subpoena that data pertaining to NHI/UAP and release it to the public.
If the UAPDA is instead neutered, as happened last year when initially proposed by the Senate majority leader, then we are likely to continue seeing fuzzy videos and the like.

They are probably from another/higher dimension of reality that we can’t see or understand yet.
The truth is far stranger and more complex. This guy is giving the palatable, approved story. This is only the tip of the iceberg.
I do think the final conclusion won't be as cut and dry as "it's aliens." Given what we _do_ know, what has leaked, and what certain credible people have said, the reality of this phenomenon is probably far stranger than mere aliens. It'll be something truly out there like...interdimensional beings crystallizing into our space-time to oversee the exponential curve of our impending apotheosis. lol...the sort of thing that CAN'T be easily "disclosed" even if you wanted to.

I think the interview was alright. It's not bad for the people to be exposed to this topic in this easy going way. It was taken serious and there was also not 1 sign of stigma.
Saw something may 12th. Hiding behind an oddly dense cloud, it flew off quietly. After the emotions and fear, it took me three days to sleep. Even now, I don’t know how to comprehend or describe what I saw, all I know was it’s the scariest moment of my life and I’ve worked in morgues. 40 year old, does not drink/drugs. College educated and I can’t even bring myself to talk about it with anyone, wife, family, friends… no one, besides you. I don’t know what it was and I don’t think I’ll ever understand it. All I know was it was quiet, and very still in the cloud vapors for a few seconds before it pulsed and vanished. It still doesn’t feel real four months later.
Can you please elaborate? How big was it? Like a space ship? A car? A Kleenex box? What did it look like? How fast did it go? Did it cloak itself? And most importantly, what state and city was it? How high off the ground was it? Thank you.

Disclosure was years ago. The Pentagon has already admitted, an ex-President, directors from every level of intelligence, in my country (Canada) we released a signed statement admitting that we colluded with the US on reverse-engineering and craft recovery.

You'll get disclosure before you turn 60 for sure. I think it's coming faster than anyone is anticipating. I never looked into this topic much before. Then last year when Grusch made it's interview on NewsNation, I got totally hooked. Since then I've been watching all I can find that seems legit on the subject and I can definitely tell it's real from the global picture I got now. I mean, we basically already have disclosure with people like Grusch and Elizondo but it would feel like a victory to have an official statement from the government saying "yeah, it's true". That might take a little longer but it's inevitable at this point.

That to me implies a nation state and likely CN, RU, JP especially the latter 2 as they really have some advanced and not widely known tech in these fields. So this is just USG saving face for the inevitable public retrieval/slip up/leak.

The thing that I saw in 1982 was as big as a town and flying within 5 miles of nuke storage. A couple of years later my brother and mother saw one of the little silver spheres do a Zorro in the sky. Mine was moving sub-sonically but silently, their sphere must have been moving thousands of miles an hour and not slowing when turning back on itself. Their sphere would also have been visible from the base my craft was flying near. Every time I write this down no-one ever comments.

How can you tell the scale of something in the air? Airliners can look massive up close, or they can look microscopic when they are at altitude. Was there other airplanes that you could compare the size or how did you determine it was as large as a town?

When the Pentagon says, "We have no evidence of extraterrestrial life" they're not lying. They have no F'ing idea where they're from.

Imagine you're flying across the galaxy and you come upon a planet with a beautiful biodiversity. However, there are hairless monkeys that have been living there for millennia, engaging in tribal warfare throughout this time. As a space traveler, would you really want to interact or engage with these hairless monkeys who have been killing each other over tribal resources that they could have shared? These non-human intelligences that have engaged with us over the decades could have destroyed or conquered our civilization millennia ago. In conclusion, I really don't think these non-human intelligences would deign to lower themselves to a petty fight with hairless monkeys who have almost perfected the art of throwing rocks at one another.
Yeah, if we're being visited it's probably the equivalent of alien nature photographers. They're not going to bother fighting with us any more than a guy from National Geographic is going to try to fight a bunch of meerkats.

Laying what out there? 40 years ago the excuse for all the blurry photos or no photo was people don't have a camera ready, well now everyone and everything has more cameras than needed. Not a single pic suddenly, blurry or not. Any description is they do incredible thins, like WHAT! All the video footage is in the infrared, for some reason the visible spectrum never works. Infrared can be very deceptive. They took off at an incredible speed. well what is that speed? We never get that. We get adjectives and hyperbole. He said nothing of substance

But to make a statement that there is "No idea of intent" juxtaposed against his "muddy-boots" home-invasion analogy, leads to speculation that there is understanding of intent and it's malignant. I believe that this type of speculation is unwarranted and irresponsible. Perhaps there is a "method to this madness" but it appears to be at one with the initial threat narrative from his TV show.

I believe based upon my experience and upon extensive study in this area that the information that we presently have, albeit incomplete and distorted by government mis-information campaigns, is that our neighbors are both technologically and morally superior. This last data point may be the most difficult for us to swallow.
