osu is not really an aim trainer either, it does however teach you some mouse control. its 2d and you are aiming with a cursor, you could learn mouse control AND improve your actual aim with a proper aim trainer e.g. kovaaks etc

effect is playing these jump training maps because if he plays a normal like 6 star map, the circles are close together in normal osu so there's no really point of warming up with osu for overwatch. But since he's a dps player he needs the tracking for tracer,sombra,mcree,etc

move your mouse to any direction. the cursor will move to that direction too.
then, without moving the cursor, turn your mouse on your mousepad like 90° or 180°.
now move your mouse back to where it was. you'll notice your cursor is nowhere where it should've been.

Effect was a music major in South Korea before going pro in Overwatch. So his rhythmic skills combined with his aim skills from Overwatch, you can kind of expect him to play well in Osu :p
