My headache has just subsided after torturing me for the last 7 days. This is the first time I can watch and listen to anything without being in pain and feeling sick. Hopefully I can get my sleep schedule back on track with this one.

I struggle a lot with falling asleep, as nearly my entire family suffers from extreme insomnia. That compounded with the anxiety from moving house makes sleep a luxury I seldom enjoy. These videos do absolute wonders. I was never one for ASMR, but after discovering this channel, you've allowed me to get immense amounts of sleep I could only dream of (pun intended).
