I like this video a lot. It’s hard to find ASMR anymore that is 1 constant sound without the changing of frequencies (tapping on wood to then tapping on glass) or switching objects every five minutes and the tone/texture changes too. I hope people can relate to that, but I enjoy this since it’s just one sound that doesn’t change❤❤❤

I have been struggling with some bad anxiety that comes out of nowhere for the past week and have not been able to fully relax. As soon as I opened up this video, I finally felt like I could breathe. This is truly such an amazing and relaxing video, and the sounds are genuinely perfect.
