Omg this vid helped me sooo much. I came home from vacation this morning. And really didn’t know how to pick up al my routines and things again. But this vid helped me so much with it soo tyyyyy!
You can absolutely just go run a half marathon. You may suffer for it a little with sore legs and possibly a sore belly. I find a 10km distance a great one to maintain long term. Knowing I can run a fast 10km means I know I can run more at a slower pace for sure. My half marathon run however, was one of the greatest achievements of my life. You should definitely try to give it everything! Xxx ❤

I had really bad leaky gut+urine infections+digesting probs etc… I took a break from my daily energy drink and started slowly implementing other forms of pre workout without artificial sweeteners, and my gut health has never been better. I love u so much girlie i hope that might help you out a little 🤍 keep making amazing content 💕💕💕
PSA gut health: consuming maple sugar free syrup, and icebreakers, legendary, poptarts, they contain artificial sweeteners! These does not digest well and make many people (not everyone but some) bloated and gassy.
i was gonna say this, all of this stuff may be “macro friendly” but it isnt healthy for your gut long term. using real sweeteners like honey or agave is much better for you even if they have calories lol
