That is a nice custom painted MG XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero Custom. Definitely a really kind gesture for what you did a few months ago. That's awesome you got that Spider-Man 2 collector's edition. I still haven't gotten a PS5. I think that's silly that they don't include the physical disc though. They should include the standard physical edition of the game and a separate steel book case.
