4 chicken quarters
2 tbsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pimento seed
4 tbsp wet jerk season
2 tsp browning
1 tbsp sugar
3 tsp Ketchup
🌼Seasoning
2 tbsp jerk powder season
2 tsp chicken season
1 tbsp All Purpose Season
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pineapple juice
2 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees
