    Hello Ming. This is delicious. I remember in my childhood when smells of coconut filled the house and I knew my mother was making coconut waffles. This reminds me of the past. Thank you for sharing your recipe! From a 2nd gen Cambodian American!

    It does looks delicious bong srey but if you already made it and leave it at room temperature for the next following day, will it gets harden or does it stay soft and fluffy?. Notice bong general use only rice flour not all purpose rising flour. Will your waffle tast dense thickness because of purpose flour?

      If you wrap with Saran Wrap it will stay soft and fluffy . With self rising flour or adding yeast to batter it will allowed dough to rise for more soft fluffy chewy texture.
